Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dapat disimpulkan secara keseluruhan X1 mempengaruhi nilai pada PT assurance X2 tidak terdapat pengaruh pada terhadap Y. Secara parsial maupun simultan terdapat pengaruh struktur modal dan struktur aset terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan asuransi di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas (struktur modal dan truktur aset) terhadap terikat (nilai perusahaan) adalah 61%. Kata Kunci: struktur modal, sruktur aset, nilai perusahaan. Karyawan tetap dalam perusahaan cenderung akan merasa lebih aman sebab tidak dibebani masa kontrak sehingga kepastian masa depannya ditentukan oleh sikap positif yang ditunjukkan saat bekerja. Jika sifat positif yang ditunjukan rendah maka motivasi berprestasi karyawan akan rendah dan tentunya kinerja karyawan tersebut juga akan rendah. Adanya rasa aman biasanya menjadikan karyawan tersebut terlena dan tidak terpacu dengan target yang ingin dicapai perusahaan sehingga hal ini dapat menciptakan kondisi tidak produktif dalam diri karyawan yang tentunya akan berpengaruh terhadap target dan produktivitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujiuan untuk mengetahui dan rnembuktikan apakah terdapat perbedaan motivasi berprestasi antara karyawan kontrak dan karyawan tetap pada PT. Bank Negara INDONESIA 46 Tbk, Palembang, dan apakah terdapat perbedaan kinerja antara karyawan kontrak dan karyawan tetap pada PT. Bank Negara INDONESIA 46 Tbk, Palembang. Metode pengujian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti rnasih sangat terbatas menggunakan uji beda (t test) diharapkan bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan topik sejenis (studi komparasi) dapat mengujinya kembali dengan metode pengujiian t-tes dengan memperbanyak sampel yang diteliti. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Berprestasi, Kinerja ABSTRACT Employees in a company consist of permanent employees and contract employees. Permanent employees in the company tend to feel more secure because they are not burdened with a contract period so that their future certainty is determined by the positive attitude they show while working. If the positive characteristics shown are low, the employee's achievement motivation will be low and of course the employee's performance will also be low. Having a sense of security usually makes employees complacent and not motivated by the targets the company wants to achieve, so this can create unproductive conditions within employees which of course will affect the company's targets and productivity. Sementara itu, dari hasil uji-F dengan nilai besar 0,000 < 0,05, khususnya Ho ditolak dan Ha diakui, sangat mungkin beralasan bahwa kelangsungan hidup dan perubahan diri pada saat yang sama pada dasarnya mempengaruhi pemenuhan pekerjaan pekerja di PT. ABSTRACT This study plans to determine the impact of self-sufficiency and self-change on workers' job fulfillment. The technique used in this research is quantitative, and the population in this study is all workers of PT. Karya Mandiri Propertindo Utama. The example used in this study is the submerged test, where all individuals from the population are used as the test test. The information gathering strategy used in this research is a survey. HasiI uji hipotesis secara parsiaI membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan komunikasi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim, terdapat pengaruh signifikan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simuItan membuktikan terdapat pengaruh signifikan komunikasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim. Hasil koefisien determinasi yang menunjukan niIai R Square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,857 atau 85,7%, artinya variabeI komunikasi dan kerjasama tim mampu memberikan sumbangan yang terjadi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim, dengan besarnya sumbangan yang disebabkannya sebesar 85,7%. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Kerjasama Tim, Efektivitas Kerja. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of communication and teamwork on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Musi Hutan Persada, Muara Enim Regency. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat pengaruh atau (regresi) penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh karena semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hal ini dilakukan bila jumlah populasi relative kecil kurang dari 30 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda, analisis determinasi, uji hipotesis t dan uji hipotesis f dengan bantuan program SPSS 22 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antar Keterjangkauan harga, kesesuaian harga, dan daya saing harga terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen toko kopel bulog divre sumsel palembang. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari uji t variabel Keterjangkauan harga yaitu 0,004<0,05 dan variabel kesesuaian harga 0,002<0,05 dan variabel daya saing harga 0,002<0,05 berdasarkan hasil uji F yaitu 0,000<0,05 yang artinya seluruh variabel independen secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of price affordability, price suitability and price competitiveness on the level of consumer satisfaction at the Kopel Bulog store, South Sumatra Divre Palembang. This study uses a quantitative approach that is influential or (regressive) this study uses saturated sampling because all members of the population are used as samples. This is done when the population is relatively small, less than 30 people. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, analysis of determination, hypothesis t test and hypothesis f test with the help of SPSS 22 for windows program. The results of the study show that partially and simultaneously there is a significant influence between price affordability, price suitability, and price competitiveness on the level of consumer satisfaction of the Bulog store, South Sumatra Divre, Palembang. It can be seen from the t-test of the price affordability variable, which is 0.004 <0.05 and the price suitability variable is 0.002 <0.05 and the price competitiveness variable is 0.002 <0.05 based on the results of the F test, which is 0.000 <0.05, which means all independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. Variabel dalam anakisis ini terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik serta, variabel terikat yaitu produktivitas kerja pegawai. Teknik yang diperlukan dalam analisis ini ialah teknik kuantitatif dengan total sampel yang diamati adalah 62 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang diperlukan ialah kuesioner dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi (r2), uji t, dan uji F dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS For Windows versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik (X1) dengan anggaran sig 0,000<0,05, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dari hasil keterangan uji F terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan (bersama-sama) dengan nilai 0,000<0,05, artinya Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh sinifikan secara simultan (bersama-sama) antara variabel lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the physical and non physical work environment on the work productivity of employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration oh South Sumatra Province. The variables in this study consisted of the independent variables, namely the physical work environment and the dependent variable, namely the employee’s work productivity. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the number of samples studied is 62 employees. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis linear regression analysis, correlation cefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (r2), t test, and F test using SPSS For Windows version 22. Based on the results of the t test research, it shows that there is an effect of the physical work environment (X1) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a partially significant effect between the physical work productivity. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Jenis data primer yaitu data diperoleh secara langsung tanpa perantara dalam bentuk pernyataan secara terstruktur. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket atau angket dengan besar sampel adalah 32 responden. Metode kuesioner ini digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia, Sistem Pengendalian Intern dan budaya organisasi, sehingga dapat dianalisis pengaruhnya terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan PLS dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan variabel sistem pengendalian intern tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan, dan variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Dan terdapat pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sistem pengendalian intern dan budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan secara simultan. Kata kunci: Kompetensi Sumber Saya Manusia, Sistem Pengendalian Intern, Budaya Organisasi, Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Abstract The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of human resource competence, internal control systems, and organizational culture on the quality of financial reports which are the current topic of discussion. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Collecting data in this study using primary data. The type of primary data is data obtained directly without intermediaries in the form of structured statements. Data collection techniques through questionnaires or questionnaires with a total sample of 32 respondents. This questionnaire method is used to obtain information about the Competence of Human Resources, Internal Control Systems and organizational culture, so that the effect on the quality of financial reports can be analyzed. The statistical method used is descriptive statistics and PLS uses the SmartPLS version 4.0 program. The results showed that the human resource competency variable and the internal control system variable had no effect on the quality of financial reports, and the organizational culture variable had a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports. Inti Cakrawala Citra untuk mencapai tujuan dan sasaran yang berwibawa. Teknik eksplorasi yang digunakan adalah strategi pemeriksaan kuantitatif dengan populasi 331 orang perwakilan. Contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan resep slovin sehingga didapat contoh 77 pekerja. Strategi bermacam-macam informasi dilengkapi dengan persepsi dan survei. Prosedur pemeriksaan informasi menggunakan investigasi kekambuhan dasar, koefisien hubungan langsung, koefisien kepastian dan uji spekulasi uji t. Efek samping dari review harus terlihat nilai kondisi relaps = 1,902+0,489X. Konsekuensi dari koefisien koneksi dasar mendapat nilai (r) sebesar 0,425, dalam lingkup 0,425-0,599. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan nyaman antara K3 (X) dan eksekusi (Y) tergolong sedang. Hasil pengujian spekulasi uji-t menunjukkan bahwa thitung 4,071 > ttabel 1,655 dan nilai kritis 0,000 < 0,05. Jadi Ha diakui dan Ho ditolak. Metode dipergunakan peneliti ini metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis statistik. 1) berdasarkan uji t variabrel pertanggungjawaban terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan 0,031 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel pertanggungjawaban terhadap pengembangan karir. 2) berdasarkan uji t karakteristik individu mendapatkan pengaruh signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan secara parsial karakteristik individu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel karakteristik individu terhadap pengembangan karir. Berdasarkan uji F variabel pertanggungjawaban dan karakteristik individu 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pertanggungjawaban dan karakteristik individu secara simultan terhadap pengembangan karir pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang. Kata Kunci: Pertanggungjawaban, Karakteristik Individu, Pengembangan Karir ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of accountability anf individual characteristics on the career development of employees at Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. The method used by this researcher is quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, statistical hypothesis testing. 1) based on t-test responsibility variable there is a significant effect of 0,031 < 0,05, it can be concluded that partially there is a significant influence between the responsibility of the career development variable. Based on the t-test of individual characteristics, it has a significant effect of 0,000 < 0,05, so it can be concluded that partially there is a significant influence between the variables of individual characteristics on career development. Based on the F test, the responsibility variable and individual characteristic 0,000 < 0,05. It can be cocluded that there is an influence of responsibility and individual characteristics simultaneously on the career development of employees at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang.
