Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim. Populasi penelitian ini meliputi 1122 karyawan, dengan sampeI yang diambiI sebanyak 92 responden. Teknik anaIisis data peneIitian yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi kIasik, anaIisis regresi Iinier berganda, koefisien determinasi, serta uji hipotesis. HasiI uji hipotesis secara parsiaI membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan komunikasi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim, terdapat pengaruh signifikan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim. Hasil uji hipotesis secara simuItan membuktikan terdapat pengaruh signifikan komunikasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim. Hasil koefisien determinasi yang menunjukan niIai R Square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,857 atau 85,7%, artinya variabeI komunikasi dan kerjasama tim mampu memberikan sumbangan yang terjadi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Musi Hutan Persada Kabupaten Muara Enim, dengan besarnya sumbangan yang disebabkannya sebesar 85,7%. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Kerjasama Tim, Efektivitas Kerja. The result of the coefficient of determination which shows the value of R Square (coefficient of determination) is 0.857 or 85.7%, meaning that the communication and teamwork variables are able to contribute to the work effectiveness of employees at PT. 摘要
