Meteorological visibility is presented in the work as well as Kim and Kruse models for determination of atmospheric attenuation. Model of the free space optical link is briefly described in the paper and typical parameters of the optical wireless link are mentioned. Conception of communication margin is introduced in relation to maximal range of optical wireless link. Communication wavelengths 850 nm and 1550 nm are taken into account in attenuation characteristics calculation.","PeriodicalId":285174,"journal":{"name":"2009 19th International Conference Radioelektronika","volume":"108 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123119653","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The application structure and its functions are described. The aim was to implement all the functional blocks as specified in the DVB-T specification. Dependence of BER on C/N ratio as a result of the simulation in the Gaussian channel is graphically expressed and compared to the results of the laboratory measurement. The reference measurement was performed using Rohde & Schwarz SFU (broadcast test system) unit as the transmitter and Kathrein MSK-33 DVB-T test receiver. Finally, obtained results are discussed.","PeriodicalId":285174,"journal":{"name":"2009 19th International Conference Radioelektronika","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127362656","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The most area on a chip occupy multipliers, therefore we proposed CNN network, where multiplication in the input with weight is realized by AND block , while multiplied signal is special distributed in the time. The filters optimized in this way can reach better electrical performances, such as higher maximal cut-off frequency or dynamic range, even with conventional (low power consumption) active devices. We present a modification of the well-known Sallen-Key filter and a biquadratic filter based on the second generation current conveyor CCII-. Presented approach relies on the elimination of parasitic transfer zeros in the real transfer function, which are caused by the non-ideal parameters of real active elements. Their impact is eliminated by unconventional definition of the filter output.","PeriodicalId":285174,"journal":{"name":"2009 19th International Conference Radioelektronika","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116198838","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For the precise overall performance, different spreading sequences (Walsh code, Gold code, orthogonal Gold code, Golay code and Zadoff-Chu code) and different kinds of receivers (minimum mean-square error receiver (MMSE-MUD) and microstatistic multi-user receiver (MSF-MUD)) are considered in this paper. In order to show the benefits of applying MSF-MUD over MMSE-MUD in presented environment, different computer simulations have been arranged. The results of our analysis will show, that the application of MSF-MUD in combination with Golay codes can outperform significantly the other tested spreading codes and receivers in AWGN as well as in frequency selective fading environment.","PeriodicalId":285174,"journal":{"name":"2009 19th International Conference Radioelektronika","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-04-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128447651","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
