Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan peran dan proses manajemen panggung dalam pelaksanaan pertunjukan tari pada Ujian Tugas Akhir prodi S-1 Tari. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut peneliti perlu menerapkan prinsip manajemen seni pertunjukan antara lain perancangan, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan, dan pengawasan. Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah deskripsi tata kelola pertunjukan berjalan lancar, efektif, dan tepat waktu. Pencipta tari, penari, pendukung artistic (tata rias dan busana, set/property, lighting), music (sound system) mampu bekerjasama sesuai dengan rancangan artistic masing-masing sehingga mampu diapresiasi dengan baik oleh tim penguji dan penonton. AbstractThe research entitled Performance Laboratory Management in the Final Project Performance of Dance Works takes the object of staging dance works from students who take dance creation final projects. The purpose of this research is to explain the role and process of stage management in the implementation of dance performances in the Final Project Examination for S-1 Dance. To achieve this goal, researchers need to apply the principles of performing arts management, including design, organization, leadership, and supervision. The results achieved in this study are a description of performance governance that runs smoothly, effectively, and on time. Dance creators, dancers, artistic supporters (make-up and clothing, set/property, lighting), music (sound system) are able to work together in accordance with their respective artistic designs so that they can be well appreciated by the test team and the audience. In order to present musical karawitan whenever needed by the audience, it requires the recording of Javanese gamelan that can represent the original sound. Javanese people generally realize that the presentation of Javanese gamelan will be better if it is presented in pendapa. To find musical recordings as a performance in pendapa, it needs to consider the recording equipment used as well as recording techniques so that the sound will be obtained in accordance to the original sound and can bring the soul or spirit of Javanese gamelan. In order to get the gamelan recording in accordance to the original sound and to present the soul or spirit of the gamelan, the recording equipment used must adjust to the sound characteristics of the gamelan instruments and the recording uses stereophonic techniques. Stereophonics is a recording technique that is done in order to produce sounds in according to the original sound where the listeners feel to see a live performance. Untuk menyajikan musik karawitan setiap kali dibutuhkan oleh penikmatnya, diperlukan rekaman gamelan Jawa yang dapat merepresentasikan suara aslinya. Masyarakat Jawa umumnya menyadari bahwa penyajian gamelan jawa akan lebih baik jika disajikan dalam pendapa. Untuk mengetahui rekaman musik sebagai sebuah pertunjukan dalam pendapa perlu memperhatikan alat perekam yang digunakan serta teknik perekamannya agar didapat suara yang sesuai dengan suara aslinya dan dapat memunculkan jiwa atau ruh gamelan Jawa. Untuk mendapatkan rekaman gamelan yang sesuai dengan suara aslinya dan menghadirkan jiwa atau ruh dari gamelan tersebut, alat perekam yang digunakan harus menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik bunyi dari alat musik gamelan tersebut dan perekamannya menggunakan teknik stereofonik. Stereophonics adalah teknik perekaman yang dilakukan untuk menghasilkan suara yang sesuai dengan suara aslinya dimana pendengar merasakan secara langsung pertunjukannya. {"title":"KEMASAN DALAM RANGKA PENUNJANG IDENTITAS KAWASAN (PERANCANGAN KEMASAN APEM SEWU SURAKARTA)","authors":"asmoro nur hadi Panindias","doi":"10.33153/ACY.V11I1.2611","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33153/ACY.V11I1.2611","url":null,"abstract":"ABSTRAKKelurahan Sewu atau disebut juga Kampung Sewu merupakan salah satu kelurahan di Kecamatan Jebres.Daya tarik sejarah di Kelurahan Sewu diwujudkan dalam bentuk festival, yaitu Festival Gethek dan Festival Apem Sewu.Festival Apem Sewu dan keberadaan produsen apem membuat Kelurahan Sewu mulai dikenal dengan kelurahan penghasil kuliner apem yang memiliki ciri khas sendiri.Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas, diantaranya dilakukan pelatihan membuat dan mengkreasi apem, pengemasan serta pemasaran.Produsen apem belum mengetahui teknologi dan manfaat kemasan, termasuk diantaranya adalah branding dan pemasarannya.Kendala utama yang dikeluhkan oleh peserta adalah desain kemasan sebagai identitas usaha yang mereka miliki.Produk apem sewu telah memiliki kekhasan tersendiri, sekarang yang perlu dilakukan adalah menyampaikan kelebihan dan keunikan apem tersebut kepada calon konsumen.Kemasan sesuai fungsinya, dapat menjadi corong dalam mengkomunikasikan keinginan produsen.Bahkan kemasan tidak hanya memasarkan produk yang ada didalamnya, tapi juga dapat mengkomunikasikan potensi sebuah wilayah.Kata kunci: Kemasan, Kelurahan Sewu, apem sewu ABSTRACTKampung Sewu is one of the villages in Jebres District. The historical appeal in Kampung Sewu is manifested in the form of festivals, namely Gethek Festival and Apem Sewu Festival. The Apem Sewu Festival and the apem producers make Kampung Sewu known as the apem culinary producer that has its own characteristics. Various efforts were done to improve quality, including training in making and creating apples, packaging and marketing. Apple producers don't know the technology and benefits of packaging, including branding and marketing. The main obstacle complained by participants is the packaging design as their business identity. Apem Sewu has their own peculiarities, and one thing that needs to be done is to convey the advantages and uniqueness of the apem to the consumers. Packaging according to its function can be a means of communicating the hopes of producers. This language urgency helps foster the critical spirit and instinct of students who are studying photography.This research departs from a literature review. Because of its basic research, with qualitative descriptive forms, it is in the search for data sources on primary and secondary data. Primary data is Berger's original work entitled How to Look, while the secondary one is a review and commentary on Berger's main work by other authors.The results of this study show the concept of thought of John Berger: Seeing the building of our existence in the world that surrounds us, therefore we can explain in words, whatever is around us. The souvenir product booth is used by sellers to display their merchandise to attract visitors to come and do buying and selling activities. This applied research aims to determine the condition of the souvenir merchant product booth at the Sangiran Museum, then analyze and synthesize, then do a new booth redesign that is in accordance to the demands of function, ergonomics, culture and image of Sangiran Museum tourism object. The design of the new booth was made so that it could function properly to support the display of the typical Sangiran products sold. In the end, it was hoped that there would be additional transactions so as to increase the sales turnover of souvenir merchants in Sangiran Museum area. The design is made based on the rules of function, safe and comfortable ergonomically, and has a distinctive character according to the tourist destinations in Sangiran Museum.The object of applied design research is the product stand for souvenir merchants in SangiranMuseu. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach supported by quantitative dataor can be called a multiple research strategy. Quantitative data here means using numerical data which is the result of measurement in the field, then compared to the references, resource persons and analyzed based on the researcher interpretation. The design activities begin with product discovery stage to obtain innovative creations in the product design process.The results of applied art / design research are in the form of designs and booths that are in accordance to the rules; functions, ergonomics, beauty and image of Sangiran Museum. Along with the dynamics of development, there has been an innovation in the application of Panji-Sekartaji motif which represents the development of wayang beber motif. This is in accordance to the basic concept of ornamental variety, with the function of adding beauty so that the pendok, when it is applied to the warangka, will make the kris interesting and beautiful. This writing uses interactive analysis method where data analysis that is used to analize problems related to the application of Panji-sekartaji motif on the pendok of Surakarta-style kris. Through the play the puppeteer believes that the real character of a figure is formed not only from birth but also since the process of fetal occurrence through sexual intercourseof the parents. Besides the process in the womb, the character is also formed by the environment that surrounds its life: the environment of the family, the surrounding community, and the universe.The character of Sengkuni in Banjaran Sengkuni was largely determined by the process of development of the baby or fetus in the womb, namely through the results of adultery or adultery which is culturally considered negative, even sin. He inherited his father’s character, Gandarwa named Setibar. The characters which could be observed include: baby Sengkuni was born with a handsome face but fanged, just like his father having fangs. The purpose of this experiment-based art creation is to explore the possibilities of novelty on three aspects, namely: (1) visual rampogan aspects of the wayang kulit purwa as a representation of ideas, (2) aspects of the medium / material used and (3) mechanics aspects that can move the aesthetic elements of the work.The theme of the work in this creation study originated in Javanese cultural art, namely “Rampogan†(the puppet child who describes the dynamics of warriors leaving for war). This represents the idea of creating works about social phenomena that occur in Indonesia now, where the common life of the nation and state has been torn apart by a group of people who force the will of their groups by going down the streets.The method of creating this work uses a method of “artistic creation†which consists of three stages of creation, namely: (1) the experimental stages related to the exploration of materials, tools and techniques.
