Kondisi tersebut menuntut perusahaan harus mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan-perubahan tersebut agar kinerja perusahaan dan kinerja karyawan tetap terjaga dan dapat meningkat. Secara internal peningkatan ini dapat dimulai dari pola komunikasi dan orang-orang dalam organisasi tetap memegang budaya organisasi yang kuat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran komunikasi dan budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sumber data primer, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dikumpulkan dari informan pada PT. Duta Merpati Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Adanya komunikasi yang kurang baik antara karyawan dengan karyawan dan juga antara karyawan dengan atasan, yang dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) PT. Duta Merpati Indonesia memiliki budaya organisasi yang dapat berdampak positif pada kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT Today's business developments have undergone rapid changes starting from the era of globalization to the industrial era 4.0, as well as the era in which businesses operate during the Covid-19 pandemic. These conditions require companies to be able to adapt to these changes so that company performance and employee performance are maintained and can improve. Internally, this improvement can be started from communication patterns and people in the organization still hold a strong organizational culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of communication and organizational culture in improving employee performance. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the data sources used in this study are primary data sources, data collection using observation, interviews and documentation methods collected from informants at PT. Duta Merpati Indonesia. The results show that 1) There is poor communication between employees and employees and also between employees and superiors, which can have a negative impact on employee performance, 2) PT. Prima Megah Irsa dalam meningkatkan penjualan jasa kontruksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Prima Megah Irsa yang beralamatkan di Jalan Krikilan No 146 Ds. Krikilan RT. 013 RW. 005 Kec. Driyorejo Kab. Gresik. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sumber data primer. Sedangkan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) PT. Prima Megah Irsa memiliki strategi pemasaran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan produk jasa yang disediakan, 2) Strategi produk yang dijalankan oleh PT. Prima Megah Irsa mengfokuskan pada kualitas produk jasa dan proses pengerjaan proyek yang selesai sesuai dengan waktu yang ditetapkan, 3) Strategi harga yang ditawarkan oleh PT. Prima Megah Irsa merupakan harga yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan harga di pasar, 4) Strategi distribusi yang dilakukan oleh PT. Prima Megah Irsa merupakan sistem strategi distribusi langsung. Strategi langsung merupakan strategi yang bertujuan untuk melakukan pendekatan secara langsung kepada para calon pengguna jasa (klaen) baik secara formal maupun informal guna produk jasa yang ditawarkan perusahaan dapat berkembang dan dikenal lebih luas oleh perusahaan, 5) Strategi promosi dan komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh PT. Prima Megah Irsa yaitu dengan cara melakukan promosi secara langsung kepada para pengusaha kontraktor. Perusahaan juga menjalin komunikasi dengan para pengusaha kontraktor lainnya. Yang tujuannya produk jasa yang ditawarkan lebih dikenal oleh pasar dengan cara word of mouth.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find out what strategy is applied by PT. Prima Megah Irsa in increasing sales of construction services. This research was conducted at PT. Prima Megah Irsa whose address is at Jalan Krikilan No. 146 Ds. Krikilan RT. 013 RW. 005 District. Survei ini menggunakan survei kuantitatif yang berpengaruh untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di PT.Prima Megah Irsa. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Sampel yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan PT Prima Megah Irsa , diantaranya berada di Jalan Krikilan No 146 Ds. Krikilan RT. 013 RW. 005 kec. Driyorejo Kab. Gresik, sampel untuk survei ini adalah - 130 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda, uji korelasi kinerja-kepuasan karyawan menunjukkan R = 0,856. Juga pada uji korelasi antara kinerja karyawan dengan loyalitas pelanggan, R = 0,602. Maka didapat persamaan regresi berganda = Y = 4.408 + 2.713y + 1.064z. Model Koefisien Regresi ini berarti . Z) Meningkat 1.064. This survey uses an influential quantitative survey to determine the effect of employee performance on customer satisfaction at PT.Prima Megah Irsa. The sampling method used is random sampling. The samples collected in this study were customers of PT Prima Megah Irsa, including those on Jalan Krikilan No 146 Ds. Krikilan RT. 013 RW. 005 district. Driyorejo Kab. Gresik, the sample for this survey is - 130 people. Based on multiple regression analysis, the performance-satisfaction correlation test showed R = 0.856. Also on the correlation test between employee performance and customer loyalty, R = 0.602. Then the multiple regression equation is obtained = Y = 4.408 + 2.713y + 1.064z. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 108 karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 108 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik sample jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji f, Uji t dan R2adjusted. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan Uji f di peroleh Karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan efikasi diri secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan uji t diperoleh; (a) Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (b) Karakteristik Pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (c) Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi R2adjusted menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh Karakteristik Individu, Karakteristik Pekerjaan dan Efikasi Diri terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 51,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,9% dipengaruhi variabel diluar model penelitan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, work characteristics and self-efficacy on employee performance in the warehouse division of PT. Hyup Sung Indonesia, Purbalingga. The total population of this study were 108 employees. The sample in this study were 108 employees using the saturated sample technique. The analysis used is the f test, t test and R2 adjusted. The results of this study based on the f test obtained that individual characteristics, job characteristics and self-efficacy simultaneously affect employee performance. The results of this study based on the t-test obtained; (a) Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (b) Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (c) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diambil dari laporan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur dari tahun 2015 - 2019. Jumlah sampel terdiri dari 100 sampel. Untuk menguji hipotesis, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba, sedangkan faktor lainnya; corporate governance dan profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap manajemen laba. ABSTRACT This study examined the effect of corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, and profitability on earning management. The research method used in this study was a quantitative method. The data used in this study was secondary data taken from manufacturing firm’s annual report from 2015 - 2019. Total sample consisted of 100 samples. To test the hypotheses, this study used multiple regression analysis. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer berupa kuisioner yang dibagikan langsung kepada para pelaku UMKM tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling sementara teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa persepsi bagi hasil, laba dan jaminan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembiayaan, persepsi bagi hasil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembiayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 110 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda.
