MTS YPPTQMH Ambarawa is one of the schools where the performance appraisal process for each teacher is carried out once a year, which coincides with National Teacher's Day. The assessment process carried out includes teacher assessment by students, teacher discipline in giving material to students, allocation of teaching time, last education and academic position. Using the Simple Addictive Weighting method can assist in making decisions to determine teacher performance assessments, as well as more efficient teacher assessments so that schools get information about teacher performance more quickly. By using a decision support system that has a database, data from teacher performance assessments can be stored in the database. The subjects of this research are humans in the results of research on the student thesis of Industrial Engineering Study Program IST AKPRIND. The number of theses analyzed amounted to 3 thesis students of Industrial EngineeringStudy Program IST AKPRIND. The data collection technique in this study used reading techniques. The reading technique used is to read repeatedly and carefully the thesis of the selected IST AKPRIND Industrial Engineering Study Program Students. Before recording, the data is recorded on the data card first, then the data card is categorized according to the creteria for spelling errors. The data collected, then analyzed and described. The instrument for collecting this data is using a human instrument, namely the researcher himself. Researchers as implementers who will collect data, analyze, and at the same time make conclusions. These changes must be experienced directly by students, without limiting the characteristics contained in students. Learning that facilitates students by paying attention to the characteristics of students is known as differentiated learning. Based on the results of observations at UPT SMPN 1 Pagelaran Utara, the teacher's understanding of differentiated learning was only limited to the group discussion process by selecting heterogeneous group members. Whereas the process of discussion and evaluation of results is not accompanied by activities or facilities that are in accordance with the characteristics of students. The teacher's lack of understanding results in low student learning outcomes. Based on the problems above, teachers can improve differentiated learning which is carried out by applying the windows shopping method with group selection based on learning styles. Data collection techniques used in this research are learning style questionnaires, observations, and tests. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out in cycle I and cycle II, the learning outcomes of students with visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles have increased. Where students with auditory learning styles experience greater improvement than visual and kinesthetic learning styles. In addition to the intensity of parental education in children's learning activities which will theoretically motivate and affect students learning achievement, then the socioeconomic status factors of parents are thought to also support student learning achievement and interest in learning. This study used a meta-analysis of data. The measurement instrument used is to use at least 4 educational journals about how parents’ socioeconomic factors impact student learning achievement, especially in junior high school. This study uses descriptive data analysis techniques. In addition, education is also a process of changing the attitudes and behavior of a person or group of people with the intention of maturing humans through the process of teaching and training. The process of learning in the education system is not only to increase the ability of students but also aims to make students become individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent but also have good character based on Pancasila as the basis of the state and the philosophy of life of the Indonesian nation as in accordance with strengthening Pancasila student profile. One of the schools that has implemented the Pancasila student profile and has implemented the program for students is SMAN 2 Gadingrejo. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach and by using a descriptive method. The subjects in this study were 2 subjects, namely: teachers and students as well as data analysis and data collection in this study through observation and interviews. The results obtained from this study that Pancasila Students are the embodiment of Indonesian students as lifelong students who have global competence, character and behave in accordance with Pancasila values, with six elements or dimensions, namely (a) faith, fear of God Almighty, and good character. noble, (b) global diversity, (c) mutual cooperation, (d) independent, (e) critical reasoning, and (f) creative.
