Numerous object detection schemes have been designed to process each frame independently. However, in many applications, object detection is performed using video data, which consists of a sequence of image frames. Thus, the object detection accuracy can be improved by exploiting the temporal context of the video sequence. In this paper, we propose a novel video object detection method that exploits both the motion context of the object and spatio-temporal aggregated features to enhance the video object detection performance. First, the motion context of the object is extracted by the correlation operator between the feature maps of two adjacent frames. The street lighting with intelligence for safety service is called smart lamppost and composed of an intelligent edge unit, camera, short range communication device, digital signage, etc. One of the main functions in the smart lamppost is to forward the safety information to the gateway node by an I2I communication system. Due to the nature of safety services, latency and throughput of the wireless mesh network are key performance indicators. There has been lack of research on street light network. Many research groups paid attention to machine learning algorithms in order to deal with big data and massive connection. The mMTC systems are one of key 5G applications. It requires massive connection. Clustering is one of key research challenges to design mMTC systems. K-means clustering algorithm is one of the simplest unsupervised machine learning algorithms. The purpose of this algorithm is to find a cluster in data by iteratively minimizing the measure between the cluster centre of the group and the given observation. In this paper, K means clustering algorithms are applied for mMTC clustering problem. New metrics for clustering mMTC devices are proposed. The 4D-8PSK-TCM has the advantage of low decoding latency over iterative error correction codes. The T-algorithm, which makes feasible to eliminate unnecessary additions and comparisons, can be applided to the 4D-8PSK-TCM to lower the decoding complexity. In this paper, we design the 4D-8PSK-TCM simulator with Hybrid T-algorithm based on deep learning to lower decoding complexity. The deep neural network predicts threshold of branch metric and path metric. We present the proposed scheme for cost-effective compressive sensing for wideband spectrum sensing with a large number of distributed SUs. SUs have a single RF-chain for the compressive sensing and the measurement samples obtained at each SU are sent to the fusion center. The fusion center performs the proposed algorithm which estimates the minimum measurement samples for the reconstruction process. Among the total measurement samples by SUs, the rest of the samples except for the minimum number of samples are used for cooperative spectrum sensing. The original signal vector with the minimum measurement samples is reconstructed and cooperative gain is obtained by using the remainder of measurement samples effectively. Polarization entangled photon pair is created by pumping multimode fiber inside a Sagnac loop. The central wavelength and the efficiency of the generated signal and idler photons of different spatial modes are studied. As a case scenario, dataset of price of petroleum product was used to test the accuracy of the proposed algorithm. In most Military, facilities, machines and equipment relied heavily on the availability of petroleum products. Military logistics must be intelligent, based on informed deductions. Machine learning is now pervasive and is readily applied to various areas of life including the military. Result of the evaluation shows that artificial neural network (ANN)- 85.57% and logistic regression- 78.44% performed better than k-nearest neighbour (KNN)-74.98%, random forest(RF)-72.81% and Naive Bayes(NB)-74.85%.
