The wellbeing and health care needs of the Human kind has been taken care consistently by this profound historical medical system. One such system of medicine which has its origin from Southern part of India is Siddha System of Medicine. Siddha framework is a treasure-house of mystery science, epitomizing the consequences of the ardent pursuit thereof by the old Siddhars. The registered and traditional Siddha Doctors practice these ancient medical services - based on the treasured Palm scripts of Siddhars. A major part of these manuscripts are more defenseless than the recorded conventional information. In this manner, the current review was planned to report and quantitatively dissect the neighborhood information on the customary Siddha practitioners in Chennai. This article highlights the challenges encountered by the Siddha practitioners towards the transition to an information technology-based approach in the Siddha system of medicine at Chennai. In this study, a questionnaire was provided to 56 Siddha practitioners in Chennai and the data were evaluated based on a questionnaire pertaining to utilisation of big data repository, use of electronic reporting, personalized patient care management, evidence-based decision supporting system using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and data on preventive diseases. The study observed that the practitioners felt a strong need for change to IT-based systems for recording the personalized patient care management and utilising the databases for reporting the various aspects observed.","PeriodicalId":281881,"journal":{"name":"Remittances Review","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122706504","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The suggested architecture has much less design complexity than previous CNN systems used for pattern recognition. With the use of computer vision, we can train a computer to recognize and classify things in the physical world. In this view, computer vision entails developing mathematical models that can simulate how a human's visual system and brain work. The goal is to teach computers how to recognize objects in pictures and movies. The science of computer vision and imaging makes extensive use of CNNs, a type of deep neural network. Object recognition, picture labeling, and similarity grouping are all possible with the help of convolutional neural networks (CNNs). The Sequential model will be our starting point. Last but not least, CNN is constructed using a number of layers, including an input layer, an output layer, and multiple hidden layers. Additionally, fully connected layers, convolutional, an activation function layer (typically ReLU or Softmax), normalisation layers, and pooling layers are all included in a CNN's hidden layers. This network was trained with a Sequential model, binary cross volatility as the loss function, and RMSProp as the operator. Dphi data set, which contains around 9000 pictures, is used to evaluate the suggested CNN solution. As a result of our efforts, we are able to attain a 95.78% success rate in In less than 0.27 milliseconds, a neural network can analyze and label a 32 x 32 pixel facial image, giving it the ability to scan more than 3700 images per second. A training converges within 5 epochs. These findings demonstrate that the suggested CNN is a viable method for instantaneous gender recognition.","PeriodicalId":281881,"journal":{"name":"Remittances Review","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126671720","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A boiler is a large component in an enterprise that heats water and produces steam. Steam can be utilised to run turbines or engines. In this project, the boiler's functioning is controlled by a PIC microcontroller, which regulates the boiler's temperature and pressure. This is due to the fact that PICs are highly adaptable, low-cost, space-efficient, and reduce complexity. The data from the microcontroller is received by SCADA and shown on the screen. The suggested boiler automation ensures that the boiler system, and thus the power production plant, runs safely, reliably, and continuously. Boilers are used in many industrial and commercial buildings to create hot water or steam for space or process heating. Boiler setup is made using LPG cylinder and heater is placed in the cylinder so that it acts as boiler. Pressure and temperature sensor is used to measure the both pressure and temperature in the boiler. To control temperature, pump is placed and when the temperature goes beyond the certain level pump automatically turns ON and the feedwater is supplied. When the pressure goes beyond the limit solenoid valve turns ON and steam released through the solenoid valve. LCD is placed to monitor the values from outside. This page discusses the many type of boilers are used to heat buildings, as well as fundamental boiler controls and factors that influence energy efficiency.","PeriodicalId":281881,"journal":{"name":"Remittances Review","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115217208","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

India is a largest, vibrant and functional democracy. The local self-government system of Panchayati Raj was introduced in the constitution of India through the 73rd Amendment in which the village life extensively runs in a democratic way through the decentralization approach. This 73rd Constitutional Amendment Act brings out a vital change in rural life holistically for the objective of ‘Empowering People for Prosperity’. India has nearly 3.1 million elected members through more than 250,000 local government units. Local government authorities have the authority to create development plans for the areas, with the aim of fostering social justice and local economic development. The implementation challenges of policies and programs before the local government and the also the role of local elites, politically powerful groups, bureaucratic society and private enterprises to become for providing good governance for the development of rural areas. By using the secondary based data to find out the local government system and governance in India. This paper reveals forward states provide good governance through the local government in the core areas of development with execution of plans in rural India and on the other hand, backward states are lack in governance due to nature the corruption laden politics exist in that states. This study sums up with the significance of grassroots democracy and its role in the development of rural India and at the same time to highlights the hurdle in the governance ecosystem of local governments in rural India.","PeriodicalId":281881,"journal":{"name":"Remittances Review","volume":"145 10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124147817","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Inferential statistics was used for projection and analysis of long-term multi-trending trajectory forecasting. The proposed model is trained, tested and validated on three different types of stocks viz. NVIDIA, UNG and IBM taken from the NASDAQ stock market index. In Phase I, the long-term deterministic multi-trending model is assessed and fitted. Model skewed residual series is assessed using the goodness of fit in Phase II. The future stock close prices and long-term multi-trending trajectory paths are simulated and analyzed in Phase III. Finally, in Phase IV, epsilon-skew-normal results and normal distribution assumptions are compared. The experimental result shows that an uptrend trajectory of historical close price simulates an uptrend trajectory in the forecasted close price, a downtrend trajectory of historical close price simulates a downtrend trajectory in the forecasted close price, a sideways or mixed trend trajectory of historical close price simulates a sideways or mixed trend trajectory in the forecasted close price.","PeriodicalId":281881,"journal":{"name":"Remittances Review","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116089357","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
