This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews with school principals, deputy principals and teachers as informants, as well as observation and documentation. The research results show that the planning carried out by the school principal has run optimally. The school principal prepares plans systematically, provides assistance to teachers to improve the quality of teaching. This planning includes preparing training and workshop schedules for teachers, providing facilities, and providing motivation. Follow-up to this plan includes recording deficiencies during class observations, calling individual teachers, and discussing the results through teacher council meetings. Good planning by school principals accelerates improvements in teacher performance, which has a positive impact on schools and students to achieve optimal results. The case subjects in this study were two students. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. The data collection techniques used are direct communication and documentation with data analysis techniques using case study steps including problem identification, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, evaluation and follow-up. When providing treatment, researchers use the Behavioral counseling model. The implementation of counseling in case subject I uses aversion therapy techniques and positive reinforcement while in case subject II uses aversion therapy techniques and response formation. The factors causing the case subject to be late for school are due to internal and external factors. The results showed that there were significant changes in case subjects I and II after being given treatment four times. This method involves an in-depth analysis of eight study programs led by women at one of the Private Universities (PTS) in the city of Samarinda. Researchers can examine how women's leadership influences organizational culture, policies, and study program outcomes. So a case study was carried out in an effort to obtain data related to leadership in eight study programs led by women. Role models that encourage inspiration, female leadership can be powerful role models for students and staff, especially for women, in demonstrating that a successful academic career is achievable for everyone regardless of gender. By inspiring and providing support, female leadership motivates study program members to reach their best potential and contribute to collective success. Women's leadership influences organizational culture, policies and study program outcomes. However, at this time, brand reputation is not the main factor for consumers when considering purchasing beauty products. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on online purchasing decisions for Skintific facial care cosmetics. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents with a sampling method in the form of nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Based on the simple linear regression test, the significance value of the X and Y variables is 0.000 <0.05. In the T test, the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and the t value is 10.328> t table 1.98552, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. In the determination coefficient test, the coefficient of determination is 0.532, which means that the influence of brand image contributes 53.2% to the online purchasing decision for Skintific facial care cosmetics, while the remaining 46.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The research method used is quantitative research method. The research sample amounted to 32 people who were the entire population of students in the IB program (saturation sampling). The results showed that 1) The use of LMS (X1) has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes (Y) at Sekolah Pelita Harapan (SPH) Lippo Cikarang. This is evidenced by the results of statistical tests where the use of LMS has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of t count> t table (4.771> 2.045); 2) Achievement motivation (X2) does not have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes at Sekolah Pelita Harapan Lippo. Statistical tests show that the achievement motivation variable has a significance value of 0.309> 0.05 and the t value < t table (-1.037> 2.045); 3) The use of LMS (X1) and Achievement motivation (X2) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes (Y) at Sekolah Pelita Harapan Lippo Cikarang. This is evidenced by the statistical test results where the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated F value is 12.687> 3.32. The test results of the Coefficient of Determination resulted in 0.467 or 46.7%. Pendidik masih kesulitan dalam memberikan tugas sesuai kemampuan dengan mempertimbangkan gaya belajar dan minat peserta didik.Kecerdasan buatan (AI) merupakan salah satu alternatif yang memiliki potensi mengatasi kesulitan pendidik untuk mempersonalisasi pembelajaran. Pada penelitian ini akan menemukan paparan pemanfaatan AI bagi pendidik agar lebih mudah membuat program pembelajaran dan peta kompetensi peserta didik. Hal ini akan membantu pendidik menyusun materi pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan interaktif sesuai kebutuan peserta didik.
