A consequently of market activity tiban cause problems such as disrupting the flow of traffic as well as general merchandise facilities held alongside a road or along the corridor on the right or left, so that it is distrub traffic flow. The purpose of this study to find patterns in the market movement tiban Pekalongan. In this study, use a qualitative descriptive approach rationalistic. To achieve the goal of the analysis is then performed 3 analyzes the spatial pattern of movement does not include time tiban market movements, modes of movement, and activity systems analysis contained in tiban market, analysis of spatial movement patterns include cross- sectional analysis of the road corridor, stall dimensions, system settings tiban market, and movement patterns tiban market, and analyzes the factors behind the choice of location which is distance tiban market location, location tiban traders in the market, the similarity of merchandise, consumer offerings, the number of visitors, and mindset. Based on the analysis the pattern of market movements in Pekalongan tiban following reasons traders in making trading location and tiban market always occur on the same day and location. The recommendations contained in this study the need for regulation and supervision of the government in market activity in Pekalongan to minimize the problems effect of market activity tiban. There needs to be awareness of traders and buyers in the market tiban activities to keep abreast of the prevailing order in Pekalongan. Raw material is transported from producing areas to the plant site and the goods results are transported from producer to consumer. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of service and performance road cut Teuku Umar street and road Setiabudi, so it can be arranged alternative actions that can be done to address the problem of traffic congestion.The method used in this research is by using Quantitative Deductive Method Rationalistic, with retrofitting Level of Service and analysis of motion control (maneuver) in order to see the level of service road and the movement of traffic in motion over Jatingaleh Region Semarang. To achieve the goals and objectives of the research, the method of analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis.Based on the analysis showed that the terminal performance is less effective and efficient impact on the problems in the surrounding area that the transportation problems in front Mangkang terminal form of congestion caused by transport stops outside the terminal, use less maksmial kiosks that appear hawkers, and environmental problems in the area of the terminal. With the technique of factor analysis and analysis of transportation, so it can be determined Level Of Service and factors - factors driving the cause of congestion in the area Sukun Banyumanik. The elements in the corridors look physically diverse, random and not unique to easily recognizable because of those problems the need for the study of the physical characteristics of the corridor space Jl. MT Haryono is had to be done which is one of the commercial corridor in Kendari so that it can be seen should be noticed in order to accommodate changes.The method that used in this study is a qualitative method that aims to make a systematic description or picture of the physical characteristics of the corridor space Jl. MT Haryono, stock of knowledge that is presented in the study of the theory does not become limiting the study but is used as an opening insight to recognize the object of research. The analysis technique used is the visual analysis, and descriptive empirical. While the discussion is done by using several approaches. The output generated is the physical characteristics of the corridor space Jl. MT Haryono as seen from the path element, enclosure space, architectural pattern and street trees surrounding the corridor. The research results are influenced by the characteristics of the corridor function ± 80% of commercial buildings including the type of large commercial building plots with a single function or mix-used, and the type of commercial building single row. Especially Kartasura's market activity which is always developing because it is a place to fulfill primary needs. However, the existence of this market and also the trade and service activities around it are increasingly troubling due to irregularities and disrupting transportation activities around the market. Geographically, Kartasura Subdistrict is quite close to the Surakarta City area (around 10 Km), and Surakarta City has a very rapid and dense development intensity and has a limited development area, so the development of socio-economic activities tends to move towards the Kartasura Sub-District area.Close socio-economic relations with Surakarta City made Kartasura experience rapid development in the growth of new activities along the A. Yani road. Such as education, health, trade and services, industry and office activities. With the growth of new activities along the A Yani road, traffic jams often occur at peak hours. The congestion is due to the mixture between modes of transportation, trade, industry and offices.The purpose of this study is to identify the performance of the A Yani road, to determine the effect of land use on congestion that occurs. To achieve these objectives, the analysis used is quantitative calculations. By comparing the road conditions at peak and non peak hours on the A Yani road. The method used in this study is analyzing the volume of the road (V) A Yani experiencing congestion, analyzing side barriers, speed, road capacity (C) A Yani, and the level of road service (V / C) A Yani. In addition to the quantitative analysis also conduct qualitative analysis to clarify the quantitative analysis that has been done. Semarang as the capital of Central Java is also facing the phenomenon. One of the mini-environments where scattered settlements and significantly expand the District Mijen. Since the first minimarket outlets operating in the region in 2007 until February 2013 there have been 7 minimarket outlets operating. Research Question It can be concluded from this study is what the development of a minimarket in District Mijen can influence changes in consumer behavior in determining the location of shopping options?  The research methode used in this study using a quantitative deductive rationalistic. Based on questionnaire, interviews and observations, the identification and analysis techniques of quantitative descriptive analysis and interpretation of cross-tabulation analysis techniques among variables that were examined in the form of table analysis and chi-square crosstab. The development of minimarket condition every day visitors who come around 300 people, with the total 7 minimarket mini market until 2013. Minimarket well as projected needs 10 years from now seen that the projected need for services in the District Mijen minimarket stated is sufficient to serve. Consumer behavior is largely based on the mini frequency of visits was done 2 times a week, daily necessities, distance and outlets are clean and organized is the biggest factor affecting the motivation of respondents to shop at the mini. Range of minimarket located in District Mijen is overlapped between the mini with the other minimarket. Distance range that is divided into the ring I 500 meters and ring II 1 Km. The zoning regulation serves as a technical reference for the utilization and control of spatial utilization. This is done to maintain the use of space that develops in accordance with the characteristics of the zone and to minimize negative impacts. Traditional Chinatown settlements have certain characteristics that develop according to historical and spiritual factors of the community. Behind this characteristic is a meaning that is considered very important for this community, so that it cannot be arbitrarily arranged. This paper examines zoning regulations implemented in the Semarang Chinatown area and how far the local characteristics of the zone are used as a consideration of planning zoning regulations for spatial use in the region. This paper uses a rationalistic qualitative deductive approach with empirical description techniques. Some important findings identified from this paper are: first zoning regulations applied in the Spatial Detail Plan are still minimal and limited to the determination of spatial functions, the network system that serves related to the basic coefficient of build, height of the building. Both unique characteristics that must be considered in zoning arrangements in Chinatown such as activity grouping, spatial use rules, especially in skewers zones, and rules of space use around places of worship or sanctified spaces, building height and coefficient of existing buildings have not been considered at all. Recommendations that can be given from this paper are that the minimum zoning regulation components that apply in Indonesia according to the applicable standards are applied with special consideration of the unique characteristics of the region in the spatial arrangement.Keywords:  Zoning, Conservation, Traditional, Chinatown  ABSTRAKPeraturan zonasi dalam penataan ruang di Indonesia merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari Rencana Detail Tata Ruang. Ngijo Village, one of frontier areas of Malang City and Malang Regency, was identified as expanding urban activity from Malang City which keep increasing from time to time, resulted in the rapid growth of settlements in the area. Increase of settlements in Ngijo village is growing rapidly, it is influenced by housing preference of residents. The method used in research is quantitative research with analytical technique used is the technique of conjoin analysis. Based on result of conjoint analysis, importance value in each attribute / variable is choice of housing unit with the importance value of 38,3%, environmental factor with importance value of 35,9%, accessibility with importance value of 14,3% and the last, choice of infrastructure with importance value of 11.5%. Choice of housing units to be the most dominant choice, while choice of infrastructure to be the lowest choice of living factors due to facilities and infrastructure available in the neighborhood of Ngijo Village is relatively low when compared with the city center.Keywords: housing preference, conjoin analysis ABSTRAKPerkembangan pusat kota mendorong terjadinya perkembangan di daerah perbatasan kota. Metode yang digunakan dapam penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis konjoin. Berdasarkan hasil analisis konjoin nilai kepentingan pada masing-masing atribut/variabel adalah pilihan unit rumah dengan nilai kepentingan 38,3%, faktor lingkungan dengan nilai kepentingan 35,9%, aksesibilitas dengan nilai kepentingan 14,3% dan yang terakhir pilihan infrastruktur dengan nilai kepentingan 11,5%.
