This ex-post research looked into the relationship and predictive degree of students' math anxiety, learning engagement, and perceived usefulness of technology to their mathematics achievement. Students' math anxiety and perceived usefulness of technology were found to be high in the study, whereas student engagement was found to be low and level of students' performance in mathematics was also high. Both math anxiety and students' perceptions of the utility of technology in learning have a significant impact on students' mathematics performance, but not on their engagement. The findings showed the importance of a high level of anxiety in improving student math performance. Additionally, math anxiety and the perceived usefulness of technology were discovered to be predictors of student mathematics performance. The findings suggest that anxiety, engagement, and perceptions of technology's usefulness should all be considered when improving students' general mathematics performance.","PeriodicalId":280543,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Trends in Mathematics Education Research","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126384062","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The reason is that the 2013 curricu-lum that has been implemented in Indonesia is eurocentric. The transformation sought in the field of education is the improvement of high order thinking skills and mathematical abilities. Educa-tion and culture cannot be separated from regular daily life because culture covers all aspects of life while education is a primary need for everyone. This study used the Research and Develop-ment (RD) method with the Martin Tessmer (1993) model, which is formative research.  The validity of the values obtained above 0.80 means that the questions are valid. The level of practi-cality of the questions obtained is 96.25%, very practical category. The reliability coefficient of 0.891, reliable. The level of difficulty is known to be 80% of the items in the medium category, 20% of the items in the difficult category. This study used a systematic literature review method by collecting 163 relevant journals and then re-selected to meet the inclusion criteria and the criteria for assessing the quality of study results. It was found information on the development of research analyzing the mathematical literacy of Indonesian students starting from elementary school, junior high school, high school, and College Level. The literacy level of students at the elementary level is still considered low, while at the junior high school level it is assessed from various perspectives ranging from the low mathematical literacy of students to the factors that influence it. At the high school level, students' mathematical literacy is also still low even though a mathematical literacy test has been carried out in the Indonesian context. Finally, mathematical literacy at the university level is found that different student learning styles will go hand in hand with different mathematical literacy abilities.","PeriodicalId":280543,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Trends in Mathematics Education Research","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134635505","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
