We can see a constant change in the pattern of tweets such as due to world limit users have started to use slangs, abbreviations and emoticons etc. which makes it difficult to identify the sentiments behind the tweets. Through this literature review we aim to describe methodologies, algorithms and procedure involved in creating a Machine Learning model that can analyze the sentiments. We have used dataset from “sentiment140 dataset” AND “TWITTER AND REDDIT SENTIMENT ANALYSIS DATASET”. This paper proposes the use of Logistic Regression Model, Linear SVC Model and Bernoulli NB Model for Sentiment Analysis. In order to get hassle-free assistance for unreliable networks and fast message delivery between server and clients; consequently, it is necessary to mindfully choose an appropriate messaging protocol. In this paper, we have analyzed a lightweight messaging system for high-latency, low-bandwidth, and for unreliable networks protocol called Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) for IoT networks. For machine-to-machine (M2M) communication, MQTT is most frequently employed in an embedded setting because of its low overhead. Following the selection of the best-fit messaging protocol for IoT systems, the determination of the appropriate broker enterprise is prioritized. This work highlights the key points of MQTT using HiveMQ Broker Enterprise, focusing on the broker node clustering to efficiently handle the message traffic, the message retention facility, and offline queuing. The Basic PSO algorithm show premature convergence to find global optimum solution (best fitness value of particle). The fitness function value may be maximum or minimum value depends on application. Relative search behaviour of PSO particles are to be guided according to the fitness value of gbest particle. This paper proposed an approach which increases global exploration and local exploitation ability of basic PSO algorithm using angular relation between solutions. The proposed approach named as Balance Search Particle Swarm optimization (BS-PSO) model search space as a concentric circular search environment. The BS-PSO algorithm maintains optimum search behavior, from inception of the search procedure to wider search space. Initially BS-PSO approach provide a controlled and directed procedure to find optimal solution using search exploitation and later on it increase exploration ability of the search procedure to capture global optimum solution. Existing methods, however, may need a large amount of supplementary data. They are unable to handle all editing actions, including the insertion, modification, or deletion of semantic attributes of the image. The proposed method, a new Image Semantic Manipulator pair for Adding, Moving, or Erasing Objects in Scenes during Semantic Editing, to overcome these restrictions. In our arrangement, the generator generates the relevant pixels and edits the image when the end user gives the semantic identifiers of the regions to be changed. The paper aims to present results for two jobs: (a) picture editing and (b) image production with semantic label constraint using General Adversarial Networks (GAN) machine learning approach. A pre-trained neural network can also adjust to images of various sizes. Making the image fit the needs of the user by altering the overall aesthetic and emotional tone also helps. When given appropriate training input/output pairings, our technique may be expanded to provide a range of outputs when label mappings are changed, enabling interactive image modification that enables users to interact with changing an object’s appearance in real time. The purpose of this research is to show an effective method and process for running advertisements on Facebook more efficiently. The study has taken a case study of a company- Great Deal Tires and analyzed the Facebook analytics data and insights with A/B testing and audience creation approach to assess the digital marketing impact. The study has implemented three test strategies for designing and placing Facebook ads for Great Deal Tires in order to assess the marketing impact. In the first test, a custom audience was chosen, and an identical Facebook video ad’s impact was evaluated based on the duration of the ad. In the second test, A/B testing was used to test Facebook ads, and the results of the tests were compared across three different audience groups to determine how well the ads performed. The third test evaluated on the audience conversion in the terms of subscribing to the Page, in which three different ads were shown to three distinct audience groups in order to compare the effects of the various ads on the diverse audiences. The study’s findings provided important information about Facebook ad placement, its effects on various audience segments, and digital marketing strategies to increase audience outreach. One of the main mechanisms driving the emergence of neurodegenerative illnesses, including AD, is dysfunction in neuronal autophagy. Autophagy is the only route for organelle turnover in cells and is crucial for breaking down aggregated and normal proteins, especially in stressful or injured situations [1]. The endocannabinoid system, the mTOR pathway, neuroinflammation, and the metabolism of A$beta$ and tau protein are all important aspects of autophagy that may all work together to mediate its impact on AD [2]. As a result, drugs that target autophagy may lead to the development of novel therapeutic strategies for the treatment of AD. Tau protein tangles inside of cells and amyloid-$beta$ containing neuritic plaques are two features of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). This kind of pathology demonstrates unequivocally that AD compromises the systems of neuronal housekeeping and protein quality regulation. Growing data suggest that autophagosome-lysosomal degradation can be hindered, which could interfere with the processing of A$beta$ plaques and cause AD pathogenesis. The GEO datasets provide publicly available gene expression and clinical data on AD patients to study the prognosis of patient death rates and thereby identify AD biomarkers. In this study, we used the GDC data portal to analyze linked genes with clinical data to determine the most significant AD genes using functional enrichment analysis and protein-protein interaction (PPI). In order to distinguish the genes with different expression levels between the mutant and normal groups, we identified differential expression genes (DEGs). RAB3B, a member of the small GTP-binding protein RAB family that is involved in cell autophagy, is being used. There are several potential mechanisms that could inhibit the function of the RAB3B protein interactome and thus impair autophagy and promote AD pathology. Furthermore, we used the GDC Data Portal to estimate their significance in AD. A natural substance called Stilbostemin C might be evaluated as a therapy option. For a better understanding of the interactions between the bioactive substances and the RAB3B protein, molecular docking research was performed. According to the molecular docking analysis, Stilbostemin C has a stronger affinity for RAB3B. Additionally, it is among the most prevalent and deadly between all cancers. Lung cancer cases are rising quickly. In India, there are roughly 70,000 instances per year. Since the condition tends to be asymptomatic in its early stages, it is almost impossible to identify. Because of this, early cancer identification is crucial to preserving lives. A patient may have a better chance of recovery and cure with an early diagnosis. Effective cancer detection is greatly aided by technology. On the basis of their findings, numerous researchers have suggested various methodologies. Recently, various computer-aided diagnostic (CAD) methodologies and systems have been proposed, developed, and launched in an effort to employ computer technology to address this challenge. There are multiple ways using image processing-based methods to forecast the malignancy level for cancer, and those systems use a variety of machine learning techniques in addition to deep learning techniques, like ResNet 50 and DenseNet169 got accuracy 98.69 of ResNet 50 and 99.67 of DenseNet169. In this paper, we try to analyze various routing protocols that satisfy QoS requirements. A real-time application requires that a routing protocol must encounter QoS needs such as low packet loss, improved throughput, optimum PDR, low End to end delay, and should be normal routing overheads. VANET and FANET are new networking paradigms making use of the MANET conception. Many routing protocols are being developed for FANETs, including OLSR, AODV, DSR, and others are being developed, and each time a new protocol is presented, it aims to provide improved route construction. Additionally, routing protocols are required to ensure service quality. Increasing node density and traffic, as well as variable node speeds, are examples of network situations.
