Women are placed in three functions, namely macak, cook, and manak. As a result, women become less developed even though they have great potential to support regional and national development. This journalism training was held in order to empower the role of women so that they are not always placed in domestic tasks. It is time for women to show their existence through positive things. One of them is by productively writing or creating media content. This service activity is aimed at Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Boyolali Central Java cadres, an organization that focuses on empowering women. This activity was carried out through three stages, namely the delivery of material, practice, and evaluation. The material presented was about the mass media and the power they have as well as an understanding of the need to utilize the power of the mass media through mastering skills in making media products. At the practical stage, exercises were carried out on making journalistic scripts, photos and videos, then at the final stage was an evaluation of the work produced by the participants. A professional teacher must have the competence and quality standards as stated in Law 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers. Teachers and lecturers must be professional in carrying out their work to build quality education through research and community service. The fact is that there are teachers who still experiencing difficulties in carrying out professional development, including research and publication of scientific papers. To help teachers who have difficulty writing scientific work, a community service program was initiated in the form of tutoring and assistance in making scientific work at SD Negeri 5 Juli, Bireuen Regency. The only teacher professional development training that will produce scientific papers and will be presented is Classroom Action Research. Published scientific writing will increase the teacher's confidence in writing and work and make teacher teaching more effective and enjoyable. Over time, the increase in population has had an impact on changes in land use in Uteunkot Village, initially there was a lot of idle and unused land, but the increasing number of requests for residential houses has increased the number of residential buildings in Uteunkot Village. The increase in residential houses in Uteunkot Village was not matched by builders, especially plasterers and wall coating, to spruce up the appearance of the village's residential houses. Plaster work is covering walls (concrete, red brick, brick, light brick) with a layer of sand mixed with cement. Meanwhile, the wall coating job is to coat the plaster that has been attached to the wall with cement to smooth the surface. Therefore, there was a need for training in the plaster and coating process for builders in Uteunkot Village. The method used in this activity was by counseling in the form of providing theoretical view of the positive impact in the field of plaster and building coating. This community service activity was held in Buluh Cina Village, which is a Tourism Village in Kampar Regency, Riau Province. One of the musholla in the village is the Musholla Al-Aqsa. When the service team conducted an initial survey, the condition of the musholla was deserted and there was a shortage of teaching staff and musholla managers, even though the musholla was in the middle of the village and was always passed by residents and travelers. Based on this situation analysis, the service team created assistance activities for residents, namely the smart musholla program which aimed to increase residents' participation in enlivening the musholla. The programs that have been carried out including maghrib recitation, five daily prayers in congregation, dawn prayer studies, Isha studies, evening goro, and musholla management. Consuming instant noodles in large quantities and for a long time causes the accumulation of addictive substances contained in instant food in the body. Thus, many students suffer from stomach ulcers, inflammation and various diseases that attack the digestive system. Counseling about the processing of nutritious food was carried out to a student at the Indonesian University of Education who was happen to be a neighbor of the activity instructor's boarding house. One way to reduce instant noodles is to cook it yourself. The counseling approach used was in the form of eclectic counseling, which was a combination of directive counseling and non-directive counseling approaches. The results of counseling showed that clients can carry out counseling activities well and can apply cooking activities in their daily lives, so they can reduce consuming instant noodles. Currently, the Kuala Langsa Mangrove Forest tour is a tourist spot that is of interest to the public. However, tourists and snack traders are not disciplined towards the behavior of protecting the environment. This community service (PKM) activity aimed to reduce the littering behavior or activities of the community. Partners in this PKM activity were snack traders and mangrove tourists. The implementation of this activity was carried out in three stages, namely: first stage, the team prepared permits from the village head; the second stage, the team prepared material requirements for carrying out activities such as leaflets or brochures, organic and non-organic waste bins, then carried out outreach and education to snack traders and tourists; and the third stage, namely the evaluation stage. The result of implementing this community service activity was the foster of sense of community concern for the preservation of mangrove forest tourism areas, namely by providing socialization and education. The purpose of this community service activity was to provide assistance in compiling standardized financial reports and to increase awareness of the risks of not having an IPR. This activity was carried out in several stages, namely planning and preparation, direct observation, interviews, socialization of the use of applications and practices, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Partner in this PKM activity was Yande Shell Coconut Shell Craft Businesses located in Banjarangkan District, Klungkung Regency, Bali Province. The community service implementation team consisted of two lecturers and 22 students. The Barrang Caddi Village Office as a public service provider has various types of services to the community, including issuing recommendation letters and certificates. Barrang Caddi Village Office staffs were required to provide effective and efficient services to the community, hence village officials must always improve their knowledge and skills, including increasing information technology literacy. Utilization of information technology in supporting public services within the Barrang Caddi Village environment requires the ability of Human Resources to use this information technology. In response to this, the Dipa Makassar University Lecturer team carried out community service activities addressed to the Barrang Caddi Village officers with a counseling approach in the form of training in the use of office applications, namely Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and the internet. The purpose of this community service activity was to improve the quality of HR performance for the Barrang Caddi Village Office in operating office applications to ensure faster, more effective and efficient services for the community.
