Continuous Professional Development (PKB) is the development of teacher competency which is carried out according to needs, in stages, on an ongoing basis. The benefit of this community service for teachers is that it provides provisions for scientific development, especially managing teacher learning in the classroom. Meanwhile, students will receive better quality learning management and be able to generate student motivation to learn effectively. The method for implementing the activities was carried out in the form of a workshop for preparing 21st century skills-oriented learning tools. The number of participants in the activity was 120 participants, divided into three groups which were held from 14-20 December 2022. From the results of implementing this activity, it was found that: 1) this activity can improve the quality of junior high school teachers' learning, as seen through the results of designing learning tools and media teach teachers, and 2) teachers are enthusiastic about participating in the activity and based on the response questionnaire, 98% of teachers hope that this activity will be sustainable. Stunting has an impact on increasing the risk of morbidity and death, delayed motor development and hampered mental growth, increasing the risk of overweight and obesity, increasing the risk of degenerative diseases. The nutritional needs of toddlers will not be met if toddlers experience problems with eating and feeding children. One way to overcome this is through community service activities to empower posyandu cadres in the form of training to increase knowledge and skills in performing tuina massage and feeding babies and children. The target of the activity was 35 posyandu cadres in the District Work Area of Rejang Lebong in 2021. Training activities were carried out offline. The results of the participants' pretest and posttest showed an increase in knowledge of 27.0 and the results of the skills assessment using the checklist obtained an average score of 87. This community service activity aimed to determine the financial condition of the Goyor Woven Sarong industry, assess and develop product marketing strategies, and improve existing production systems. Counseling was carried out by providing appropriate material to real conditions in the Goyor Woven Sarong industry. These real conditions were obtained from observations by the team before the counseling was carried out. The delivery of material related to economic, market and production aspects needs to be emphasized considering increasingly tight business competition. The results of the implementation of this activity were the assessment and preparation of sales strategies for Goyor Pemalang Woven Sarongs. The people of UPT Malan Island come from Javanese, Sundanese, Batak, Dayak and Flores ethnic groups who have the potential for regional artistic and cultural diversity, but have not been actively displayed in public performances for a long time. The activity implementation method used Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), namely students identify and look for opportunities for assets owned by the community and then develop and empower them. This method started from an introduction where students approach residents and enter various fields including religion, education and health. Then, identified existing asset opportunities and continue implementing the work program. Every cultural asset owned by the community is developed through cultural arts performances on the eve of the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day celebration on August 17 2023. This cultural arts performance activity aimed to bring together and develop a sense of tolerance and respect for local cultural diversity to strengthen religious moderation for the community at UPT Malan Island. This cultural parade activity brought together people who had different principles and did not want to join SP-1 and SP-2 UPT Malan Island. However, communication is not always good. There are many obstacles faced by parents, especially those who have Generation Z (Gen Z) children. For this reason, there is a need for education for parents in Ciomas Rahayu Village, Ciomas District. Bogor Regency. This is because there are many complaints from parents when communicating with Gen Z children. Parents feel that their children prefer gadgets rather than activities with the environment and family. Education by providing materials, discussions and questions and answers as well as simulations made parents understand how to communicate with Gen Z children. Participants were also shown videos about healthy internet and education with games so they understood the material presented. From the material presented, discussions and simulations carried out, parents who have Gen Z children understood how to behave and communicate with their children. This community service activity aimed to train the skills of posyandu cadres through empowering the role of posyandu cadres regarding care of newborn babies by optimizing complementary services in Kampung Delima Village, Rejang Lebong Regency. This activity was carried out from July to November 2023 targeting health cadres in Kampung Delima Village, East Curup District. Rejang Lebong Regency. Activities were carried out through training and mentoring of cadres. In this phenomenon, people are able to utilize technology, such as gadgets, laptops and other technology as tools to help with daily activities. With gadgets, the process of exchanging and disseminating information becomes easier. One of the impacts is a large and massive flood of information, making it difficult for people to digest and verify the various news they receive. The method for implementing this community service activity consisted of observation, design and socialization of digital literacy, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Through this activity, it is hoped that the people of Alam Barajo District would have a better understanding of digital literacy. The results of digital literacy outreach showed an increase in public understanding of the concept of digital literacy. This can be seen from a significant increase in public knowledge of the importance of digital literacy in facing the dynamics of information in the digital era. Socialization of digital literacy for the community has had a significant positive impact. Increasing public understanding of digital literacy and changes in behavior in using social media show the success of the implementation methods that have been implemented.
