We derive the multilinear-based approaches which utilize no knowledge for direction of arrival (DOA) or polarization information. The quadrilinear-based approach has better bit-error-rate (BER) performance than the trilinear-based one. The newly designed blind quadrilinear receiver indicates quite close performance to nonblind MMSE method, supports small number of snapshots, and also exhibits blind robust characteristics. Simulation results illustrate their collaborations with our theoretical analysis","PeriodicalId":280001,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Wireless Networks and Information Systems","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127767082","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In cluster construction stage, according to the various sensor node types in CADC algorithm, the same types of nodes is divided into the same cluster and different types of nodes can not be divided into the same cluster. In the cluster heads selection scheme, nodes with the most residual energy will be elected cluster heads first. Cluster heads with the same type further integrat into the secondary cluster. Because this algorithm makes the data aggregation to be the most optimal and reduces the transmission distance of cluster heads, it can prolong the lifetime of the whole networks.","PeriodicalId":280001,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Wireless Networks and Information Systems","volume":"79 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117048063","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The scientists have already conducted the extensive research. In order to perfect the protocol, an improved protocol LAODV is proposed in this paper, which has two improvements. One improvement is that LAODV involves a delayed algorithm based on node state. It adopts a novel delayed broadcast scheme which combines the shortest route selection criterion with the node states including power and traffic load to select the intermediate nodes during the route discovery phase; The other is that a backup reverse path between the intermediate nodes and the source request nodes is established, when the route breaks down, it makes sure that the intermediate node can still work smoothly. By analysing the simulation results of LAODV, the performance is demonstrated.","PeriodicalId":280001,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Wireless Networks and Information Systems","volume":"91 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116066632","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

All of these problems stem from data can not be shared. To eliminate this disadvantage, this paper proposed a detective decision support system (DSS) based on content cognition technology. Ontology is used to describe concepts and the interrelationships in a specify field, or even in a wider range, it can make these concepts and relations have common recognized, clear and the single definitions in the sharing range. This paper summarizes the problems existed in the detection systems, then proposes ontology and discusses the method to construct the domain ontology [1]. Medical is no exception to this phenomenon, whereas individuals are trying to save lives instead of making profit in hospital. Researcher in information systems domain agreed that use of wireless portable system in hospital could improve quality of care, cost reduction, error reductions, and better information quality. Awareness and use of information communication technologies (ICT) are on the rise in China and uptake of the wireless system in hospital is relatively slow. This paper present the initial finding of the data collected from traditional Chinese medical professionals regarding their opinions and views about the use of wireless portable system in hospital. Total of 100 surveys were distributed and 86 useable surveys were returned, data was analyzed through SPSS software. Factor analysis through SPSS analysis clearly shows that Chinese hospital professionals are concerned about the usefulness and outcome offered by the system itself.","PeriodicalId":280001,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Wireless Networks and Information Systems","volume":"89 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120943372","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this system the adopted main techniques include DDC (Digital Down Conversion), CIC filter, FFT, DDS (Direct Digital Synthesizer), and soft-core processor technique. We utilize the ADS2806 high speed A/D converter, FPGA, NIOS II soft-core processor and the TFT LCD. Compare to the similar products, the system has more advantages: (1) frequency resolution is variable and has 11 stalls; (2) by utilizing the FPGA and soft-core processor, the cost is decreased while the portability is increased (3) referencing the idea of software radio and SOPC, the analogue part is decreased a lot and this system basically achieves the digitalizing. Actual test results show that this spectrum analyzer can analyze the signal with the bandwidth in 0~5MHz and the minimum resolution in 10Hz.","PeriodicalId":280001,"journal":{"name":"2009 International Conference on Wireless Networks and Information Systems","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127876278","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
