To solve this problem, an improved robot collision detection method is proposed. Firstly, A* algorithm is used for global path planning, and then TEB algorithm is selected as the core algorithm of the local path planning algorithm. Based on the geometric relationship between the robot and the obstacle, the mathematical model is established, the corresponding collision strategy is designed, the motion parameters of the robot and the obstacle are calculated, the collision risk is determined and whether to use the TEB algorithm to avoid the obstacle is determined. The simulation results show that the path planned by TEB algorithm is smoother than that planned by A* algorithm. And the path length, iteration times and running time after adding collision detection path planning algorithm are greatly shortened, which proves the real-time and effectiveness of the improved algorithm","PeriodicalId":278114,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 9th International Conference on Information Technology: IoT and Smart City","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126086880","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Taking the vehicle passing queue length of the current phase and the queue waiting length of the other phase as the input values respectively, after fuzzification and application of fuzzy control rules, the output is the green light extension time of the current phase.In the same case, through MATLAB simulation research, it can be concluded that the fuzzy control mode can change the traffic signal duration in real time, and the average delay time of the intersection is reduced by 7.08% compared with the timing control, which can prove that the fuzzy control can alleviate the problem of traffic congestion, improve the traffic efficiency of the intersection, and improve the road transportation efficiency.","PeriodicalId":278114,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 9th International Conference on Information Technology: IoT and Smart City","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129538403","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A novel geometric feature based method is proposed. First, the 3D point cloud map is pre-processed, then the traversable area is extracted by a fusion method consisting of model fitting, filtering, and nearest neighbor search. Terrain flatness and boundary risk index are proposed to evaluate the traversable status of different terrain points. Based on the results of the extraction of traversable area, the geometric location and the neighbor point clouds are used to perform terrain assessment. The experimental results show that our approach can extract the traversable area from the original 3D point cloud map, with the map size and the number of points within the map greatly reduced, and the terrain points can be distinguished by traversability values.","PeriodicalId":278114,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 9th International Conference on Information Technology: IoT and Smart City","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129879747","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We employed a backscatter user device, and a relay device that supported to operate in different modes, i.e., the backscatter communication (BackCom) mode and the harvest-then transmit (HTT) mode, respectively. We formulate the system energy efficiency (EE) maximization problem by jointly optimizing the power and time allocations. A dual-layer iterative resource allocation algorithm that separates power allocation from time allocation is presented. The inner-layer is responsible for optimizing power allocation, while the outer-layer determines the time allocation strategy. Finally, an algorithm is proposed for jointly determining the optimal solution. Simulation results show that the proposed resource allocation algorithm can increase the system EE.","PeriodicalId":278114,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 9th International Conference on Information Technology: IoT and Smart City","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132782166","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on academic publications of smart city-related research, this study employs bibliometrics, natural language machine learning methods to analyze 10,000 papers indexed by Web of Science from 2009 to 2020. Bibliometrics results show that: (1) A total of 114 countries or regions worldwide have participated in smart city research, and China is the country with the highest amount of participation in the field of smart cities. (2) Smart city research has gone through three stages: the initial stage (2009-2012), the in-depth advancement stage (2013-2016), and the leap-up stage (2017-2020). Researchers paid more attention to urban attractiveness indicators such as sustainability in the early stage. In the later period, most of the research topics were clustered on improving the overall function of the city. Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic model results revealed that research topics could be categorized into five aspects: policy research on the status quo of smart cities, data analysis and application, infrastructure construction, urban governance, and network security. Current research on smart city technologies mainly focuses on theoretical systems, technologies, and application fields. There is a lack of in-depth research and exploration in long-term construction and operation mechanisms. This research provides insight into the research status of smart city technologies and helps researchers decide on future study direction.","PeriodicalId":278114,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 9th International Conference on Information Technology: IoT and Smart City","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129336288","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There is no stitching algorithm that can achieve perfect stitching for all visual scenes. To design better stitching algorithms, an accurate quality metric for stitched panoramic images is desired. In this paper, we propose a new quality assessment metric that focuses on both global and local distortions in stitched images. Specifically, we have performed the positioning of the distorted area and divided the panoramic image into distorted area and non-distorted area. For local quality, we separately extract the quality features of the distorted and non-distorted regions of the stitched image, and then calculate the distance between the features as a local quality metric of the stitched image. For global quality, we use general image quality evaluation features. The experimental results show that the combination of local and global features delivers significant performance improvement compared to the traditional image quality metrics.","PeriodicalId":278114,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 9th International Conference on Information Technology: IoT and Smart City","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116803920","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, smart devices are bringing about increasingly serious security problems. Although some giants or well-known equipment manufacturers have introduced the transport layer security protocol as a secure transmission mechanism, they are still missing tens of thousands in specific practices. In this paper, we provide a client certificates-oriented perspective on the security analysis of IoT devices, which proves that although the TLS protocol is used, it is still not enough to ensure security. We utilized our self-developed passive traffic-based client certificate collection tool to conduct extensive TLS certificate collection on the ISP-level network CSTNET. We use the keywords already collected to filter out certificates related to IoT smart devices from these certificates, and analyze the security issues that exist. We designed an active crawling subsystem, put the keywords that identify the manufacturer in the certificate into the Internet to crawl its homepage, and use the characteristics of page elements to dig out unknown IoT smart devices, and conduct research on the issue of its certificate. It turns out that more needs to be done to meet the advanced security requirements in practice and deployment.","PeriodicalId":278114,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2021 9th International Conference on Information Technology: IoT and Smart City","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127280650","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
