In experimental part it was demonstrated that the decreasing of the discharge voltage duration leads to a significant increase of the average ion current density to the substrate for the fixed mean discharge power. The use of a spatially averaged magnetron discharge model confirms this experimental trend and provides a theoretical explanation for it.","PeriodicalId":277553,"journal":{"name":"2022 30th Telecommunications Forum (TELFOR)","volume":"112 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116017590","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We use the definition of Laplace transform on arbitrary time scales as introduced by M. Bohner and A. Peterson. For time scale taken to be the set of real numbers, the classical definition of Laplace transform is obtained. However, taking the set of integers for time scale, the modification of translation theorems for $mathcal{Z}$-transform is obtained. This approach applies to all time scales and represents unification and extension of classical Laplace and $mathcal{Z}$-transform, for specified functions.","PeriodicalId":277553,"journal":{"name":"2022 30th Telecommunications Forum (TELFOR)","volume":"206 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116425972","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Under such circumstances, maintenance of the deployed equipment has become increasingly important, especially when it comes to the possibility of remotely altering the edge device behavior through firmware updates. In order to preserve energy, LPWAN technologies represent a communication medium with intentionally low data rates, which is fine for transmitting relatively small amounts of data in long periods of time, but that can also represent a bottleneck to the transfer of relatively large firmware images. In this paper we present an extension of our previous work, showing an efficient implementation of the differential (delta) firmware updates, and analyzing its performance in use cases with wireless communication technologies belonging to WLAN and LPWAN classes.","PeriodicalId":277553,"journal":{"name":"2022 30th Telecommunications Forum (TELFOR)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128367213","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Effective prevention, early warning, and early response are important actions that are needed to reduce disastrous consequences on people and structures. Flame pixel classification is the first and often critically important stage of fire detection systems based on computer vision. In this paper, a number of rule-based flame pixel classifiers in still images are studied based on the BoWFire fire dataset. The performances of the considered rule-based flame pixel classifiers are reported in terms of F1 score, Matthews correlation coefficient, and Balanced accuracy. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of simple rule-based flame pixel classifiers for flame detection in still images.","PeriodicalId":277553,"journal":{"name":"2022 30th Telecommunications Forum (TELFOR)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129430374","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Despite numerous time-frequency analysis techniques to alleviate this contradiction, they still require careful manipulation of their parameters in calculating optimal time-frequency representation. In this paper, we utilize a novel generative model with latent codes, information maximization generative adversarial network (InfoGAN), to learn the relation between concentration and cross terms in an unsupervised manner. It is the first attempt to apply InfoGAN in synthesizing optimal time-frequency representation and the experimental results demonstrate the feasibility to obtain the optimal time-frequency representation by adjusting latent codes in InfoGAN.","PeriodicalId":277553,"journal":{"name":"2022 30th Telecommunications Forum (TELFOR)","volume":"182 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126694486","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
