Organic fertilizers have a significant role in improving the chemical and biological properties of the soil and do not have a negative impact on the environment, although the nutrient content of manure is not as high as that of artificial fertilizers. This study aims to determine the effect of chicken manure and volcanic ash on the growth and production of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L). The research method used was a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of two treatment factors, namely factor I chicken manure ( A) and factor II volcanic ash (V). The results showed that the application of chicken manure had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, tuber diameter, tuber wet weight, tuber dry weight. Volcanic ash treatment had no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, tuber diameter, tuber number, tuber wet weight, and tuber dry weight. The interaction between chicken manure and volcanic ash had no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers, tuber diameter, tuber wet weight, and tuber dry weight.","PeriodicalId":277211,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social, Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123089247","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Constraints in developing a system for diagnosing leukemia are white blood cell segmentation and counting of the number single cells in touching cell. We propose to modify the Iterative Distance Transform For Convex Sets (IDTCS) method to separate the touching leukemia cells. The IDTCS method is used to determine markers for each cell in touching cells. The marker results from the IDTCS method are used as cell centroids and the next process is pixels clustering based on the nearest cell centroid using the euclidean distance function. The data used are microscopic images of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). The experimental results show that using modified IDTCS method for clustering produces better accuracy compared to the K-Means clustering and Watershed methods.","PeriodicalId":277211,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social, Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133592984","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the aforementioned background, the problems in this study can be formulated as follow: 1. How is the accountability of a Sole Directors in a micro or small Limited Liability company regulated? and 2. What is the form of legal accountability for the sole Director in a micro and small Limited Liability company? The type of legal research used in this study is normative juridical research. The form of legal liability of a Sole Director in a micro or small Limited Liability company is closely linked to the principle of limited liability of the Board of Directors. If the requirement of having 2 (two) persons is not met, it will result in the limited accountability of the Limited Liability company becoming unlimited accountability. Unlimited accountability means that all legal actions and losses of the Limited Liability company become the personal liability of the founder or shareholder.","PeriodicalId":277211,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social, Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129683794","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results of a survey conducted by Global Youth Tobacco in 2009 revealed that three out of ten children aged 13-15 years in Indonesia (30.4%) already smoked, and (19.4%) started smoking at the age of 10 years. Based on data from the 2017 Daya Utama High School counseling vulnerability map, it is known that of the 216 male students in Class X – XII, 35 of them have smoking cases in the school environment, and have academic achievements that are less than the KKM, for this reason, it is necessary to think about efforts to improve the cognitive function of students so that academic achievement can be improved. One of these efforts is exercising. The purpose of this study is to provide preventive and coaching efforts to adolescents to avoid smoking and increase physical/sports activity. The technique of assessing students' cognitive abilities uses the Backward Forward Digit Span method, which is to assess short-term memory for 3 days with methods test and posttest. Research results Based on the results of the T test on smokers and non-smokers for 3 measurements, pre-test and post-test, the statistical test results obtained a Pvalue = 0.000, meaning that at 5% alpha it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between pre- and post-test cognitions. on smoking students and non-smoking students in the first, second and third day measurements. From the results of this study, it is recommended that the smoking ban continue to be enforced and pursued because the impact of smoking is not only physically damaging to the body but also reduces cognitive abilities, which will also affect learning achievement.","PeriodicalId":277211,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social, Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126529110","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
