The environment of an institution is frequently reminisced by the culture it promotes. The organizational climate of such successful institution alludes to the members' perceptions of a set of attributes that exist within an organization. The organizational atmosphere reflects how employees feel about working there; the ‘perceptions’. A leader must establish a pleasant corporate atmosphere in order to heighten the morals and values of employees that assures ease and flawless continuation of their working habits. {"title":"Assessing International Donor Agencies and Election Support in Nigeria’s Fourth Republic","authors":"Ogah Musa Ari, Aliyu Tala Safiyanu","doi":"10.47310/iarjhss.2022.v03i02.004","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47310/iarjhss.2022.v03i02.004","url":null,"abstract":"The study basically assessed the role of international donor agencies and election supports in Nigeria between 1999-2015.Anchored on Poliarchy theory of international democracy and democratization as advanced by Dahl and expanded by William as it theoretical underpinning, the study utilized both primary and secondary sources of data to generate relevant information which aided the compilation of this study. In effect, findings revealed that USAID and multilateral donors like the EC have primarily supported the installation of the Euro-American version of liberal democracy, expressed overtly as support for rule of law, individual freedom and civil liberty, and free, fair and credible elections. Again and again, it was discovered that USAID played a significant role in the electoral support but to a lesser extent, they are yet to achieve their objectives as most of the informants responded negatively in terms of the needful of what USAID need to do to influence election and democratic governance in Nigeria. Based on this, the study recommends amongst others; that USAID should monitor the implementation and effective use of the electoral supports provided to avoid fungibility. Political parties should also be trained to be ideological based and principle inclined instead of just capturing power for personal benefit. Using path analysis, result shows that the total effect of sectoral public spending such as health, and investment spending to human development index is significant but negative and the direct effect of education spending to HDI is having a positive but non-significant path. These imply that sectoral spending does not directly effect to development outcome. Meanwhile, the direct effect paths from the education and investment spending to governance are positive and significant. These show that the interaction of governance result to positive and significant outcome such that increase in unit of governance result to increase in sectoral spending. It is based on mixed methods of research design. It utilizes both qualitative and quantitative methods of research. The findings on this study indicated that prayer is a fundamental aspect of a believer’s spiritual growth. Living a prayerful life is a sign that one has an existing relationship with God and vice versa. As God responds to the prayers, believers in turn are motivated. In conclusion, there was a general agreement of prayer as a mentoring tool with an overall mean score of 4.093. The study recommended that the clergy and church leadership needs to encourage, train, educate and instruct believers daily and regularly on prayer even in their homes. It was found that regarding occasional purchase, most of the respondents prefer to buy from shops in their own cities. Majority (80%) of the respondents reported that individuals and parents collectively took the decision for the type and number of clothing items to be purchased for occasions like marriage. About 62.58 per cent of the respondents spent ₹ 1-3 lac on purchase of trousseau and other clothing. Wedding events, newspapers/magazines, internet and fair/mela were used as an inspiration source for trousseau planning by the respondents. Family members played a major role in trousseau planning, as reported by 93.33 per cent of the respondents. Muslim women are injudicious in many ways by the western scholars such as in their arguments. They said that Muslim women are abandoned from all aspects of social life’ which is a big impediment for them to become a ‘modern’ woman. Muslim women have been imposing to believe this manipulated thought and regrettably they got on to that claims without any prior investigation of Qur’an and Sunnah. Muslim women’s unconditional submission to western thoughts and concepts opened a door for the enemies of Islam to make a chink not only on their faith but also on the whole body of Muslim Ummah. However, after sorting this problem among Muslim community, especially among the Muslim women’s faith, this study tries to pursue an extensive literature review on western writings as well as few Muslim writings to dig out the main fact. As an expected outcome of the present study, the paper attempts to achieve the justification of this work by removing all misconceptions inside Muslim women’s heart relating to their rights and values. This play has made great influence in China and other countries, and it is regarded as the communication through time and space. Then Liana Chen translated it into English. The lyrics in the play show the plot and the mind of Lady Macbeth, and it’s not easy to translate these lyrics. However, improving results in English classes and helping students improve their writing skills remain a difficult challenge for English teachers. For the first time, the author of this essay tries to give definitions of the process approach to writing, compare the product approach to teaching writing with the process approach, and then make recommendations about the fundamental principles of teaching writing with the application of the process approach, all based on their experimental research. The author uses this understanding of the process approach to writing to focus on a discussion of two classroom teaching models, namely teaching models with minimal and maximal control for different levels of English proficiency. This is because an organisation that fails to care or contribute to its environmental needs may not survive for long. The concept of social responsibility, therefore, is the need for businesses to take responsibility for problems; social, economic and even political to aid the growth and development of its environment. The best way to do this is to ensure “best practice” in their operations. However, contrary to the above norm, the oil multinational in their extraction activities have operated outside the tenets of corporate responsibility, hence their failure to care for their operational areas in the Niger Delta. In their operations in the Niger Delta, the oil multinationals appears driven only by the profit motive; minimum investment for maximum profit in contrast to their operations in other climes.
