The data for this study spanning from the period of 1986 to 2020 and the data were sourced from the Central Banks of various countries involved in the study as well the World Bank Development Indicator. The study utilized econometric technique of ARDL Panel Model to explore the relationship between government expenditure and manufacturing production in six selected ECOWAS countries of Benin Republic, Ghana, Nigeria, Mali, cote d’lvoire and Togo. The results of the long-run estimate showed that virtually all the variables involved in the study have insignificant positive relationship with manufacturing output while only capital expenditure has insignificant negative relationship with manufacturing output. The indication is that capital expenditure has not significantly contributed to the output growth of manufacturing sector in West Africa. Based on the findings, governments of West African countries should endeavour to channel their expenditure on productive sector of the economy as well as maintaining the judicious use of these resources. For a child, parents are the first teachers who guide and educate the child in every way possible. It is this socialisation of the children given by the parents in the family which moulds the character of the child from a very young age telling them right from wrong, protecting the children from harm and danger thereby providing them with the basic necessities of life and also healthy living. Traditionally in Mizo society, the mother besides child-rearing, took care of her home, juggling multiple tasks in and around the house and in the fields. While she was busy doing household chores, grandmothers and older siblings looked after the small children acting as caretakers and protectors. With the changing nature of family due to various socio-economic factors and with the Government’s aims at improving the condition of the country’s assets, i.e. the role of parents childcare and child protection are relevant today regarding children’s developmental needs and representing their best interests.This paper presents the significant importance of the role of parents, family and primary learning centres like Anganwadi in matters of childcare and protection in Mizoram, India. Curiosity is something that everyone has. It's an age-old question with no clear answer. We're reviewing myths for new information based on existing knowledge. Our forefathers and mothers wondered about this as well. It is impossible to know indeed what they were thinking. However, we discovered their expertise through folklore. Literary writers created stories with simile, sarcasm, and metaphors with symbolic significance from knowledge and wisdom. Shamans are singing the lyrics. In this way, people passed down creation stories. People of gold and Silver have been described by Kirat Saksak Mundhum, as has Greek mythology of human creation. According to legend, the two men did not succeed and clashed with the Creator. Then there's the story of a guy built of clay, ash, sky water, and a crucifix in Mundhum. Greek mythology has more bronze, heroic, and even iron men. The myth provides crucial information if we take it as a message. Since the Man of Gold and Silver period, the Kirats and Greeks have lived together. Kirat split off and went east after the Bronze Age or Bronze Man. As a result, Saksak mundhum lacks ages of bronze, Heros, and Iron Man, as Greek mythology describes. Per the mythological study, the Kirat community in Nepal and India who believe in mundhum is a mixed-age group. In this regard, by using the research method of content analysis, all the statements and thoughts of Imam Khomeini from 1963 to 1989 and the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei from 1989 to 2015 in full as a statistical population under study Is located. In order to carry out the research, 15 indicators for the republic were determined from the perspective of the Imams of the Islamic Revolution of Iran After obtaining the approval of experts regarding the desired innovative indicators, coding was performed and a total of 420 items of Imam Khomeini's orders and 512 items of the Supreme Leader's statements were cited in statistical analyses. To achieve this strategic goal, along with the \"Act East\" policy being effectively implemented, the \"Link West policy\" with a focus on West Asia is also being implemented. This policy adjustment marks the expansion of India's \"footprint\" in West Asia, demonstrating a \"strategic calculation\" that has been taking shape with a comprehensive commitment to ensure both strengthening economic ties and institutionalizing long-term security cooperation with this region. India's policy towards West Asia under Prime Minister Modi is a modified succession to the previous governments. On the one hand, Prime Minister Modi continues the policy of neutrality, non-intervention, and non-alignment of the Congress Party since the Cold War. But on the other hand, Prime Minister Modi has made flexible adjustments in line with the fluctuations in West Asia and India. It is through child-rearing that children are prepared for their adulthood activities and responsibilities in their respective societies. Erick Erickson developed a general psychosocial theory that includes the interplay between psychological and cultural forces working in child development. Given this, Erickson’s concepts had a basis of validity in analyzing some Hausa socio-cultural life in respect to child-rearing, while on the other hand, his concept has no validity. It is because of this, that this paper proposes that despite the Erickson theory of development, Hausa people have their developmental schema which goes hand in hand with that of Erickson. In fact, the concept of the developmental stage is more than a Western construct indiscriminately applied to indigenous culture. The Hausa culture has its views of development that is perceived as a progressive series of stages. In each stage of life, there is an element of “tarbiya” that will enable them to produce who will carry on the family honor and tradition. In Hausa, the concept of “tarbiya” encapsulates the highest of Hausa virtues.
