The results are based on modelling and assessing of pilots’ behavior during simulated flight. For these purposes, the tests were performed with two groups of pilots - students of the first and the last study year at University of Defense in Brno. The results provide observable differences in behavioral parameters such as reaction delay, or quality of control. These parameters could be used for objective evaluation of influence of pilot training on pilot’s abilities and limits.","PeriodicalId":276923,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Military Technologies (ICMT)","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124856477","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Aviation safety occurrences are often the result of several deficiencies in the system, which brings the need to examine the system as a socio-technical whole. The System-Theoretic Accident Model and Processes (STAMP) is one of the systemic safety prediction models that deals with socio-technical systems and offers a possible solution for new approach to the safety data collection and processing. This paper focuses on the use of STAMP for SDCPS at aviation authorities. The methodology in this paper is based on the use of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) tool for graphical algorithmic representation of processes according to the theory. This approach provides a systemic platform for proposal of safety data collection and processing. The resulting proposal to be used with SDCPS shows how to use the systemic approach of STAMP within current SDCPS systems and compares it with the current practices and standards in the aviation.","PeriodicalId":276923,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Military Technologies (ICMT)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122064380","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This has led us to focus on the issues associated with Padding Oracle Attack. Our aim is to improve the teaching of this subject to students in the field of Communication and Information Systems. A model of the attack has been created in the application CipherCAD. This model makes it possible to monitor the development of the attack over time, measure its difficulty and amend any part of the conditions. Models have also been created of the connections using various versions of the SSL/TLS protocol. Randomly-selected servers have been tested using the models created. The aim of the tests was to reveal a badly-implemented protocol which allowed the attack to take place.","PeriodicalId":276923,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Military Technologies (ICMT)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121174153","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has a big influence on human activities and also strongly affects conducting Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield process. Thus, there is a need to extract the most information possible about the relief. This task can be accomplished thanks to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and high resolution Digital Elevation Models (DEM), which are produced from the airborne laser scanning technology. The models allow the detecting of microrelief shapes, which have a significant impact on the cross-country movement of different vehicles. In this paper there is a tool presented, that was developed in Python programming technology. It indicates impassable areas on high resolution Digital Elevation Models by taking into account microrelief shapes. In the algorithm there was used an authorial method of the parallel shift of the plane. In the research, there were different resolution DEMs used and created on the basis of LIDAR data (with pixel size 0.5 m, 1 m, 2.5 m and 5 m), and three models of vehicles used in the Polish Armed Forces: Honker, Star 266 and HMMWV (colloquially Humvee). Obtained results showed that the developed tool detects impassable areas correctly. Further analysis demonstrated that the most optimal solution is to use the elevation model with 1m pixel size because results are sufficiently accurate and time execution of the algorithm is reasonable.","PeriodicalId":276923,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Military Technologies (ICMT)","volume":"81 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127997504","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The weather forecast is processed and published by the National Meteorological Service. The published weather forecast is the output of the information system of the workplace of the National Meteorological Service. The quality and usability of the weather forecast is determined by number of factors. Between key factors are the information content of the forecast and the ease of working with the information system. The departments of the National Meteorological Service publish the weather forecast on their website. There are number of methods to evaluate the quality of a website. The websites of the National Meteorological Service of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Portugal are assessed and compared in article. The evaluation was performed by heuristic analysis using indicators of expertness, usableness, arrangementness and search.
