This research is a descriptive research, with data collection techniques using observation (observation). The instrument in this study was a test sheet for medium shoot shoot technique skills which contained the phases of doing a basketball medium shoot. The results of the study were calculated using a descriptive statistical formula. The research site is the PERBASI field in the Hedgehog district. The population in this study were female athletes from UKM BASKETBALL PATA with a total of 11 people. However, due to several factors and limited numbers, the researcher only examined 5 samples in this study. After the sample is selected, data collection is carried out by recording the basketball shooting medium skill test data. The results of this study are overall the basic technique of medium shoot female athletes of UKM BASKETBALL PATA obtained results as many as 3 players (60%) scored in the good category, 2 players (40%) with the very good category, then for the moderate category, less none (0%). (2) To find out whether there is a difference between the application of manipulation of the effleurage and petrissage techniques on the problems experienced by sufferers of arm muscle complaints in Remawan Hamlet. This research is a descriptive quantitative research in the form of a survey. The subjects of this study amounted to 20 people with male criteria and the community in Remawan Hamlet. The data analysis technique used in this research is statistical calculation using percentage descriptive analysis. The results obtained that with the application of these two techniques, from 20 respondents there were 15 respondents with an average criterion of feeling \"Very Satisfied\" from 10 question items including 6 respondents stating \"Very Satisfied\" with the application of the effleurage technique and 9 people stating \"Very Satisfied\". Satisfied” with the application of the petrissage technique. This can be seen from the manager of the Orion Futsal Academy who always supervises the activities carried out such as routine training.
