ANALISIS TEKNIK SHOOTING PADA UKM BASKETBALL PATA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the skill level of medium shoot shooting techniques in female athletes of UKM BASKETBALL PATA. This research is a descriptive research, with data collection techniques using observation (observation). The instrument in this study was a test sheet for medium shoot shoot technique skills which contained the phases of doing a basketball medium shoot. The results of the study were calculated using a descriptive statistical formula. The research site is the PERBASI field in the Hedgehog district. The population in this study were female athletes from UKM BASKETBALL PATA with a total of 11 people. However, due to several factors and limited numbers, the researcher only examined 5 samples in this study. After the sample is selected, data collection is carried out by recording the basketball shooting medium skill test data. The results of this study are overall the basic technique of medium shoot female athletes of UKM BASKETBALL PATA obtained results as many as 3 players (60%) scored in the good category, 2 players (40%) with the very good category, then for the moderate category, less none (0%). Therefore, from the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the medium shoot skills of female athletes of UKM BASKETBALL PATA are included in the good category.
