MINAT GURU OLAHRAGA SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA DI KOTA SAMPANG PADA OLAHRAGA TENIS MEJA

Abstract

Interest has a very vital role in one's decisions. Everyone, both old and young, must have an interest in certain things. Especially in sports. This study aims to determine the level of interest of sports and health education teachers in junior high schools in Sampang City as information to determine the teacher's potential in managing table tennis learning. From the results of the study concluded that the sports teacher's interest in table tennis in junior high schools in Sampang City was in the sufficient category. This is evidenced by the very low status of 2 teachers (7.41%), less than 6 teachers (22.22%), sufficient status of teachers (59.26%), good status of 3 teachers (11.11%) and with very good status (0%) for sports interest in table tennis in junior high schools throughout the city of Sampang, overall in the medium category. It can be seen that the data score of 57.75 is at intervals of 55 - 61, so the conclusion is that the Sports Teacher's interest in table tennis in junior high schools in Sampang City, overall is moderate.
