It is a global threat that has embarked on to put stress on various sectors in the world. Climate change represents a major threat to Africa. The climate change grave consequences of a temperature increase above 1.5°C, Rainfall patterns are disrupted, glaciers are disappearing and key lakes are shrinking. In all Africa in general, and east Africa in particular is the most vulnerable continent to climate change impacts under all climate scenarios. Despite that Africa having contributed the least to global warming and having the lowest co2 emissions, the continent faces exponential collateral damage, posing systemic risks to its economies, infrastructure investments, water and food systems, public health, agriculture, and livelihoods, threatening to undo its modest development gains and slip into higher levels of extreme poverty. By 2030, 108-116 million people be exposed to sea level rise risk and Drought. Similarly Ethiopia faces numerous development challenges that exacerbate its vulnerability to climate change, including high levels of food insecurity and ongoing conflicts over natural resources. Climate resolvase projects solve problems of increases in temperature, erratic rainfall and unpredictability of seasonal rain, drought and other extreme events. Therefore it is timely call to control and work on climate smart agriculture and adaptability practices that Climate change would have not negative impacts on agriculture, livestock, water and human health in Ethiopia. The study followed the exploratory approach as well as the descriptive one. Population of the study consisted of 370 women, represented all entrepreneurial women who own private businesses registered in the chambers of Ramallah, al-Bireh and Bethlehem Governorates during 2021. Data of the study was collected using a questionnaire distributed to a systematic sample consisting of 60 entrepreneurial women which represents 16.2% of the study population. Then it was processed using the SPSS Statistical program. Findings of the study disclosed that entrepreneurial women businesses play an important role in empowering women economically in Palestine. In the wake of trauma, survivors are besieged by powerful emotions, sensations, and memories as they adapt to a new and unwanted reality. Chronic recall of disorganized traumatic memory engenders a myriad of unpleasant psychological and somatic responses. Confrontation with an overwhelming experience from which escape is not possible will challenge and change the way the brain communicates- both with itself and other parts of the body. While quickly adapting to environment and experience, what the brain is designed to do, in the presence of trauma, the brain is concurrently trying to find a way to internally escape the external environment. The symptoms that present secondary to PTSD are compulsory and biological, making traditional psychotherapy practices limiting as they do not resolve neurological conflicts in brain synapses or brain communication. Innovation through smart learning positively impacts the quality of university services in Indonesia. Therefore, this quantitative study aimed to explore the readiness of smart learning implementation in Indonesian universities to realize international reputation. A descriptive method was used, while data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 608 university students. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistical tests using SPSS, and their validity was tested through discussions with experts. The results showed that the use of smart learning in Indonesian universities is on an average of 48.61%. The use is spread across management systems with 8.5%, Assessment with 10.5%, Smart classrooms with 8.3%, and use of library management systems with 10%. This implies proper implementation of smart learning in universities in Indonesia. There is a need to use creative and innovative techniques to teach grammar and tense. This study was conducted with the aim of exploring the effectiveness of using picture description technique to teach grammar and in particular the present continuous sentence pattern. This study was a descriptive survey research and mixed methods were applied in data collection. In this study, 25 students of Grade 10 and 10 ESL teachers of T/Mu/Al Hilal Central College, Mutur were randomly selected as sample population. The data collection instruments were an interview and a questionnaire. According to the opinions survey among the students and teachers, majority of the students express their lack of interest in learning grammar since interesting and creative games and techniques are not used in grammar lessons, and they accepted that the use of picture description technique can improve their ability of constructing sentence pattern and understanding the use of present continuous tense. Further, according to the findings of the questionnaire, majority of the teachers accepted that many English teachers do not use any techniques to teach grammar and tense, and the use of picture description technique can improve students’ proper understanding of present continuous tense. In general, in teaching and learning English, both teachers and students encounter various difficulties such as lack of teaching materials, students’ lack of interest, students’ insufficient basic knowledge in English, lack of facilities to apply different techniques and games, over-crowded classroom, use of deductive method to teach grammar and tense and teaching tense with less use of interesting games and techniques. Since dental diseases are the 4th most expensive disease to be treated, poor people may not have financial security to access for treatments of dental caries of their children unless free oral health care services are provided. The low socio-economic status is categorized as a risk factor for dental caries along with equally important life-style-related factors such as high refined sugar consumption and poor oral hygiene. Methodology: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted to explore the relationship between prevalence and the severity of untreated dental caries with selected socio-economic and health service factors. A multi stage cluster sampling technique was employed to select 479 Grade I school children attending to Government schools of Wellawaya MOH area. A self- administered questionnaire was used to collect socio- demographic information. Dental caries was recorded using dmft index and severity of untreated dental caries was recorded using pufa index. Data analysis was done using SPSS version 20.The relationship of prevalence and severity of untreated dental caries with soc-economic and health service factors was assessed using Chi -square test. Results: There was a significant differences of untreated dental caries prevalence among children by different levels of father’s education (p =0 .027) and levels of family income (p= 0.018) There was a significant difference of severity of untreated dental caries among children by different levels of father’s occupation (p=0.001) and family income (p= 0.013). Conclusion: Prevalence of untreated dental caries was significantly associated with father’s educational attainment. Severity of untreated dental caries of children was significantly associated with father’s occupational status.
