They might grow into an independent businessperson who can maintain the family's financial independence. They can maintain good health and hygiene for the family members. If there exists a lack of education for women the entire society will face a lot of setbacks in terms of development. Even today in rural areas there is a low acceptance of girl children in society. The paper will discuss the Women empowerment and different ways of boosting the women empowerment. There are a lot of studies that talk about the crucial role of educated women in bringing about socioeconomic and political progress in our country. Thus, the empowerment of rural women plays an important role in building up the economic and social pillars of sustainability. It is essential to empower women to achieve gender equality in order to secure the country's sustainable development. Education not only provides women with economic empowerment but also helps to solve issues like gender inequality and removes poverty to foster inclusive economic growth. This paper will bring out the positive outcome that due to education, there has been a changing role of women in society and the family, economic independence, changing attitude, increasing confidence, and the gradual rising of their social and economic status. One of the major consequences of the Covid 19 Pandemic was a sudden paradigm shift from traditional modes of delivering instruction to modern technologically compliant modes such as e- learning and multimodal instruction. The issue of concern is whether or not the different categories of learners have their pedagogical needs adequately met in a virtual classroom. The researcher carried out a literature review analysis using search engines such as Google Scholar, Ebsco and others. For the past few decades there has been great emphasis on inclusive education. However, the preponderance of literature available focuses on special needs learners or learners with some disability. The major theories that inform the study are Howard Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences, Fleming and Mills’ VARK theory and The Universal Design for Learning. The findings from readings and practice revealed that in a virtual class the students may be placed into 4 major categories. Each of these categories has unique characteristics. It is only when educators understand each category of learners then they are able to develop inclusive pedagogic strategies to optimize learning for each category. This study used an inclusive pedagogy conceptual frame work cycle. This conceptual framework comprises of 3 key phases; Cognitive preparedness, curriculum preparedness and classroom practice understanding the learner. As the cyclic process continues the quality of inclusion becomes better refined and no learner is left behind. The study recommends that educators strive to know their learners, deliberately plan for their unique and diverse needs then finally educators need to engage the learners according to their uniqueness utilizing variety of pedagogical strategies of both lesson delivery and assessment of learning. These may include blended learning, multimodal instruction using both synchronous and asynchronous sessions, self-assessments, peer assessments as well as teacher assessments.","PeriodicalId":275599,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Growth Evaluation","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132124419","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since joining the World Trade Organization (WTO), China's foreign trade has also maintained rapid growth for many years. However, in recent years, China's manufacturing industry has been facing the problem of large but not strong. China's foreign trade also urgently needs to solve the problem of large volume but insufficient competitiveness. The covid-19 trade friction has been escalating, the globalization of globalization and the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia have affected the development of the global economy to varying degrees, and the uncertainty of the international environment has increased. Since 2020, China has proposed to gradually form a new development pattern with the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and international double cycles promoting each other, so as to cultivate China's new advantages in participating in international cooperation and competition under the new situation. In such a severe environment, to implement the instructions of the CPC Central Committee, realize the high-quality development of domestic industry and foreign trade, promote market integration and improve the quality of export products is the only way to improve China's comprehensive strength. Based on this, this paper explores the impact of market integration on the quality of export products and analyzes the impact channels from the enterprise level, and calculates the level of market integration and the quality index of export products by using China Statistical Yearbook, China industrial enterprise database and China customs database. Based on the existing literature, this paper puts forward the following hypotheses: Based on manufacturing enterprises, (1) there is a nonlinear relationship between market integration and export product quality, which is first enhanced and then inhibited, showing an inverted \"U\" shape. (2) Market integration will improve the quality of export products by promoting human capital. (3) Market integration will affect the improvement of export product quality by promoting scientific research investment. (4) The impact of market integration on the quality of manufacturing export products is significant in non-state-owned enterprises. (5) the impact of market integration on the quality of manufacturing export products is more significant in eastern and western cities. In order to comprehensively test the impact of the above-mentioned manufacturing industry on the quality of China's manufacturing industry, this paper selects 4596 domestic manufacturing enterprises' benchmark and regression data in 2014, and makes an in-depth analysis of the impact of the above-mentioned manufacturing industry on the quality of China's manufacturing industry, In order to provide some theoretical support for improving the quality of Ch","PeriodicalId":275599,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Growth Evaluation","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126069707","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study was conducted to determine how people's way of life had changed in Colombo due the crisis. Primary data collected through a Google form-based survey and observation. As per the study 94.1 % of participants stated that the economic crisis has altered their way of life. Because of the economic crisis, 39.2 % of respondents have reduced their food purchases. Concerning gas supply, 78.4 % of respondents stated that the situation has caused them to change their cooking methods. People also reported changing their eating habits and consuming fewer veggies and meats. Furthermore, people are mentally dissatisfied with their existing status in terms of achieving their goals and dreams. This circumstance has an impact on the lives of the youth and the country's future. Similarly, there are some positive sides due to the economic crisis. People have involved in their own cultivation. This causes a natural rise in self-production. This stage would also boost domestic output, allowing the country to stand on its own. Increasing the number of local products and inventions benefits the country's prestige. This helped the nation's health, education, environment, economy, and people's livelihoods as well.","PeriodicalId":275599,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Growth Evaluation","volume":"133 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116452088","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
