A 3D chip physical design method contains hierarchical process, memory and TSV localization process, as well as hierarchical physical design process is proposed in this paper. By splitting the netlist, memory and logic are layered up and down. And the upper memories and TSV cells are placed automatically by implemented the localization algorithm. Each layer can be routed separately. Different from conventional standalone algorithm structure for 32/64APSK, the proposed carrier synchronization structure consists of a feedback loop by combining reduced constellation with non-data-aided and decision directed (NDA/DD) algorithm. Specifically, amplitude judgement and reduced constellation (AJRC) is constructed and reduces implementation complexity for subsequent error estimates. Finally, a series of simulation analysis are given and it proves the validity of the proposed carrier synchronization structure for 32/64APSK. However, it still has same imperfect. Due to the large number of key points and large amount of computation, the processing speed is very slow. This article propose an improved SIFT matching algorithm with threshold and adaptive. In this algorithm, the threshold size is changeable. The number of feature points and the spatial domain are also controllable. The matching accuracy and speed can be improved by optimizing parameters. Then stereo image matching of inner surface of pipeline can be realized. Experimental results show that the matching rate and the matching speed are improved obviously. However, the propagation paths that the acoustic signals pass through are very long in some acoustic reflection measure modes, which causes the amplitudes of acoustic signals that the receiving transducer array received are very small and the signals are difficult to be extracted for they can be easily submerged in noise, thus formation information will be lost. To solve this problem, this paper designed a three-dimension acoustic high-precision signal acquisition array circuit. The array circuit, which includes 13 same acquisition boards, locates as close as the acoustic receiving probes to digitalize acoustic analog signals from eight azimuths and reduce transmission distance of analog signals that can reduce noise interference as much as possible. The system is composed of two gyroscope pressure altimeter sensors module and a main control module, and the data is processed by the ARM cortex-m0 kernel microcontroller. MPU6050 gyroscope sensor module USES, in view of the characteristics of the MEMS devices which are caused by the low precision and data of problem, through adaptive Kalman filter for data processing, to improve its robustness. The measuring system adopts modular design and improves the anti-interference performance during dynamic measurement. Based on this architecture, a wideband signal can be generated by several DACs with low sampling rate. However, the overlap of filters deteriorates the output signal. To eliminate the distortion, the mathematical model of the channel frequency response is constructed in this paper. The distortion of output signal is analyzed and an analog channel calibration method is proposed. Adopted with this method, the distortion of output signal can be eliminated by pre-distorting the input signal with the calibration matrix in frequency domain. Its convenience of usage has been greatly promoted when getting rid of parking piles, but some newly situations, such as irregular parking behaviors lead to traffic environmental problems, which has an impact on the sustainable development of the bike-sharing. In this paper, high precision virtual electronic fence technology based on GNSS, intelligent terminal and precision orientation algorithm was proposed. Moreover, the bike-sharing's regular parking management and the accuracy of intelligent scheduling come true via BDS (compatible with GPS s GLONASS and GALILEO).
