A small buoy for flux measurement in air-sea boundary layer 一种用于海气边界层通量测量的小型浮标

Generally, large vessels have to be used in these flux monitoring tasks with buoys. This paper describes a small buoy which is supported by national ocean technology center for flux measurement in air-sea boundary layer, capable of rapidly deployment and accurately measuring atmospheric and sea surface variables. It can be easily dissembled, carried, deployed and acquire meteorological and hydrological data, such as pressure, temperature and wind speed. The algorithm, which is based on the Monin-Obukhov similarity theory, the structure, which has an anti-rotation character, sensors installed on the buoy which have high accuracy and good stability and the process of the buoy control system are introduced in details. The buoy has been deployed in a sea area as a field test, and has a promising result. Compared to the traditional flux buoy, the small flux buoy is not only small and light in weight, and also can be used for flexible, low-cost and effective flux measurement. Besides, its low cost makes measurement in wide range possible. Reliable data platform has been provided for real-time monitoring and scientific management of voltage sags by construction and development of on-line monitoring system. The valuable information extraction from massive data is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently. Sags classification and recognition by data mining are the effective means. The KFCM — SVM method proposed in this paper has the advantages as following: Firstly, reasonable classification and optimization of historical data can be realized by KFCM. Secondly, effective recognition of the voltage sag events is executed by SVM. Thirdly, the typical features are selected with high separability. The model, which is more suitable for online systems, is simple with small calculation. In our paper, we discussed the optimization methods for SVM. Including GA, Grid Search, and K-fold Cross Validation. For optimizing SVM, it is necessary to find out the best kernel function, to pick out the best kernel parameters and penalty factor parameters. Here, the standard datasets of UCI is used to illustrate the optimization effect by GA and Grid Search. The experiment environment is Matlab 2014a, the library of libsvm is adopted. However the uncertainties of sensitive factors such as observation geometry and imaging band limit the practical use of polarization imaging in target detection. To study its sensitivity, two target detection experiments of stealth and camouflage tank models under sand and grass background are conducted. Results show that, the Q component calculated by the differential operation of 0° and 90° polarized images provides the largest polarization contrast between target and background than other components. Large amounts of real-time monitoring data need to be sent to the data server, and provides monitoring data for the visual client. it puts forward a high requirement to the real-time capability and data throughput of the data server. Dynamic thread pool can be applied to the high speed data server software system of large fan monitoring and diagnosis system. The dynamic thread pool method is used to solve the high concurrency problems in the data server. The network mainly comprises neighbor connection, bus connection and NoC network. Neighbor connection and NoC network are used to transfer computing results of adjacent and nonadjacent electronic cells, respectively. Bus connection is responsible for self-repairing. In order to avoid conflict, Round-Robin algorithm and a polling arbiter is used to arbitrate. Meanwhile, we design a 4×4 multiplier based on this architecture. A simulation imaging experiment to the human body with concealed metal objects was done by using 3mm waveband alternating current radiometer. A feature extraction method for millimeter wave radiometric image is also proposed based on morphology and contour method. The principle of clearance-seal was introduced briefly, and then the realization of the piston prover based on clearance-seal was discussed in detail. According to the experimental results, the repeatability and precision was superior to the soap film flow meter. Within the range of 5-500 sccm, the testing relative error is less than 1%o, which indicates the high precision of the device. The national development and reform commission and the national energy administration proposed to strengthen the capacity building of peak load regulation and improve system flexibility. In response to the national policy, a power generation group proposed a new requirement for thermal power flexibility. It puts forward higher requirements for the range of the unit's wide load and the variable load rate. The main evaluation methods of analog signals are the mean variance method and minimum variance method. Pearson correlation coefficient method is a way to evaluate the correlation between two variables in the field of statistics. By studying the Pearson correlation coefficient method in the field of statistics, it is applied to evaluate the analog signals in the process of peak load regulation as a new evaluation method. A vibration measurement model with double magnetic suspension vibrators was designed. The function of magnetic repulsion and displacement of the vibrator was obtained by means of the measured and least squares function fitting method. The vibration equations of the two magnetic suspension vibrators were deduced respectively. A simulation model of vibration measurement system with double magnetic suspension vibrators was established. The simulation shows that the sensitivity of the double magnetic suspension vibrators is higher than that of the single magnetic suspension vibrator. When these large infrastructure equipment work, the vibrations of the building were measured. The data components of the vibration signals were analyzed by wavelet decomposition method. Finally, the free vibration waveform of the buildings, the vibration waveform of the building generated by excavators and forklifts were reconstructed. The experimental results show that the magnetic levitation measurement method is suitable for low frequency vibration measurement and its measurement sensitivity is higher.
