In addition, the development of aquaculture in this village also requires knowledge of the vegetation that makes up the coastal forest so that appropriate management and monitoring activities can be planned. This study aims to identify the types of vegetation in coastal forest ecosystem in Labangka Village at four stations, namely in locations where super-intensive aquaculture will be built. The method used is the analysis of Importance Value Index and Normalized Differentiation Vegetation Index. The results of the study were as follows: Station 1 (27 species, dominated by Pongamia pinnata with an IVI of 185.64% for the tree level and IVI of 114.58% for the seedling level), Station 2 (9 species, dominated by P. pinnata INP of 214.16 % for the tree level and Leucaena leucocephala IVI 96.49% for the seedling level), Station 3 (18 species dominated by the pes-caprae formation type and shrubs, namely S. taccada, P. tectorius, and Heliotropium foertherianum), Station 4 (19 species dominated by shrubs namely S. taccada, Pandanus tectorius, and H. foertherianum and shrubs (L. camara and C. bonduc).The NDVI at observation stations ranged from -0.091 (sparse) to 0.543 (dense).","PeriodicalId":274989,"journal":{"name":"JURNAL SAINS TEKNOLOGI & LINGKUNGAN","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125900169","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Dr. Wahidin street is an economic pathway for education, offices, and trade. At certain times, the traffic flow is very congested because the road is also the direction to West Lombok district. Based on observations at the research location, it was found that the distance between the Rembiga intersection and the TNI AU intersection was 322.8 meters which caused the movement of traffic flow to be less than optimal between the intersection distances so that it would affect performance at TNI AU intersection. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to examine the performance of the unsignalized intersection at the TNI AU Rembiga intersection due to the continued flow from the Rembiga intersection which is a signalized intersection due to a one-way system engineering carried out on the Dr. Wahidin street and before the implementation of the one-way system on the Dr. Wahidin street. This research was conducted with reference to the MKJI 1997, in which researchers conducted field observations, then collected primary data and secondary data. There is traffic flow engineering on Dr. Wahidin street, by creating a one-way system, had an impact on changing the performance of the unsignalized intersection at the TNI AU intersection to a level of service F with obstructed flow conditions, low speed whereas, before the implementation of the one-way system the level of service was E with stable flow conditions, stalled vehicles.","PeriodicalId":274989,"journal":{"name":"JURNAL SAINS TEKNOLOGI & LINGKUNGAN","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130048114","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The high level of vulnerability of mangrove ecosystems has implications for the importance of quality planning. This study aims to identify the spatial distribution and density of mangrove forests in Gili Lawang using Landsat 9 OLI-2/TIRS-2 satellite imagery. Data processing is done with the help of the QGIS 3.30 application. Data processing consists of band combinations, image classification with the SVM algorithm, classification results accuracy test, NDVI value extract, and reclass NDVI. The results showed that the use of band 564 in Landsat 9 imagery visually resulted in an increase in sharpness in identifying mangrove ecosystems. Classification of objects with the SVM algorithm has overall accuracy and kappa accuracy > 80%. The identified area of Gili Lawang is 432.72 ha, consisting of 37.89 ha of mangroves, 58.11 ha of non-mangrove and 3.75 ha of water bodies. NDVI values at the study sites ranged from 0.068 to 0.87. The maximum NDVI value is found in mangrove objects, while the minimum NDVI value is found in water body objects. Mangrove density in Gili Lawang is dominated by high and very high density. The collected extract is heated again so that the solvent will evaporate again and the fat will be left in the flask.Thus, recycling of the solvent occurs so that each material is extracted with a new solvent. The result of these two tools can be used to analyze fat content with ccurate results. The results showed that the levels of corn fat, moringa flour and rice bran using a water bath andhousehold electric stove were the same, namely 3,99 %, 4,65 % and 7,81 %, at the same temperature and time. The parameters observed were the type of feed used, production scale, body weight and body length of maggot per head. Stage II. Analisis of the nutritional quality of feed and maggot media using the Proximate analysis method. Parameters observed were water content, ash content, crude protein, crude fat, and crude fiber. The data collected were tabulated and discussed descriptively. The results showed that there were 4 TPS locations and 1 quail farm location which was assisted with maggot cultivation with a maggot production scale of 7-350 kg per week. The lowest production scale is at the location of the quail farm using quail manure and the highest scale is at the TPS location Ds. Sengkol using kitchen waste as feed media, expired milk, coconut dregs, and banan stems. The protein content of the feed media that had been converted by maggot ranged from 4.51-24.64% and the maggot content produced ranged from 23.0-42.45%, the highest at quail Farm Puyung village which uses quail waste media. The reserve of asbuton is approximately 179.1 million tons with a hypothetical resource of oil amounting to 10,577,646,000 liters. Asbuton is potentially used as an alternative raw material for non-conventional oil. Non-conventional oil from asbuton could be used as a substitute to the depleted resources of conventional oil in Indonesia. Asbuton non-conventional oil could be prepared by extracted bitumen, a heavy hydrocarbon material in asbuton tar sand from its mineral. The bitumen then could be further processed to produce non-conventional oil. Various studies have been carried out to extract bitumen with various solvents. This study uses direct extraction and soxhlet extraction methods with n-hexane solvent to obtain the most optimum percentage of bitumen. Direct extraction method is done by varying the temperature (40, 45, 50, 55, 60oC) and the weight ratio of asphalt and n-hexane solvent (1:20; 1: 30; 1:40; 1:50). Based on the results of research that has been done, the highest percentage of bitumen yield is formed at 40oC and at a ratio of 1:20 that is 88.60% for the direct extraction method. The 1:40 ratio of soxhlet solvent extraction has the highest bitumen yield of 90.97%.
