In this paper, based on computer technology to build an enterprise financial early warning system. Through the analysis and summary of domestic and foreign literature, expert experience and relevant industrial theories, it is found that there are some problems existing in SMEs in China, such as insufficient funds and other factors that affect their growth prospects and generate risks. At the same time, based on the AI system, the enterprise financial risk early warning(REW) model is designed. Later, the model was simulated and tested. The test results showed that the enterprise financial and accounting REW model based on AI system economics took a fast time to deal with risk events, and the accuracy of risk prediction was up to more than 90%. MANETs are useful in a wide variety of settings since they don't rely on a centralised server or other hardware to relay messages or process data packets. It's one of the primary justifications for implementing MANET in many different domains. However, there are also numerous difficulties that have arisen as a result of these networks' rising popularity, with network security being one of the most crucial. There have been challenges with data transmission and reception due to MANETs' weak regulatory and security frameworks; network infiltration has been identified as one of the most pressing concerns. In MANETs, wireless nodes serve as relays and routers, connecting the source and sink nodes. Accordingly, it is now possible for rogue nodes to penetrate networks and destroy data packets. In order to cope with this issue, modern intrusion detection systems (IDSs) are utilised for remote monitoring of the functioning and actions of nodes present in wireless sensor networks. As well as being able to identify hostile nodes in the network, IDSs can often predict how such nodes will act in the future. In this research work, NSL-KDD dataset is used as an input data. SMOTE and Z-score method are used during pre-processing to remove the irrelevant features and normalize the data. The optimal features are carried out by Artificial Butterfly algorithm and then, finally, ensemble classifiers s. Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), Boosted Regression Trees (BRT) and finally, the adaptive voting mechanism is used to select the best classifier. One of the most difficult aspects is the reuse and sharing of accurate and detailed clinical data about PHR collected via Personal Health Records (PHRs) cloud transition is difficult. PHRs are often privacy preserving patient-centric models for exchanging medical information outsourced to third parties, such as Cloud Service Providers (CSP). A unique PHR patient information to ensure security with encryption before storage in the cloud. But still, issues such as security issues, flexible access and a valid user privacy risk management, efficiency and remain an important challenge to achieve better data access sensitive and non-sensitive imposition of control in cloud storage. To achieve high efficiency of PHR and modular data access control, Rail Fence Data Encryption (RFDE) algorithm provided to encrypt the PHR file to make high privacy standards. RFDE is also a form of transposition cipher called zigzag encryption, and the unauthorized user can't access the information. The proposed algorithm encrypts the PHR information it generates the secret key. The receiver decrypts the PHR information using the private key. Greater speed, longer battery life, and other qualities are in higher demand as technology advances. Today, creating complete adder circuits that satisfy the expanding demands is one of the biggest challenges facing VLSI architects. Thus, this research survey has covered the prospective technologies that are currently accessible. It produces several different chemicals that the body needs to function properly. Researchers can benefit from converting images into data to more easily exchange and generate precise results. Since the process of conversion relies on technology and an algorithm, it eliminates the possibility of human error. Liver cancer has the highest fatality rate of any cancer since its symptoms don't present until late in the disease's progression, making early detection difficult. Skimming, sifting, segmenting, feature abstraction, and presentation via ANN (Artificial Neural Network) are the primary topics of the first stage of the debate. Real-time data sets use Feed-Forward Neural Network (FFNN) for identifying liver cancer and classifying its severity. Filtering has two primary applications: noise suppression and edge rounding. Then, segmentation is employed to isolate the relevant area, allowing for more compact data storage. The Gray Level and Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) is used to extract features, and the resulting matrix can have many different forms. This criterion helps classify tumors as benign or malignant. Metrics such as accuracy, sensitivity, positive and negative predictive values, and precision are used to assess the rate.
