This type of research is a pre-experimental study with a One Group Pretest-Posttest research design. The sample in this study was the fourth grade students of SDN 2 Limboto as many as 25 students. The data collection technique in this study is a matter of test results of learning mathematics. The analytical data used the descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that the average value of learning mathematics outcomes before using the video media learning mathematics (pretest) is 51.60 which is in the low category while the average value after using the learning video media (posttest) is 79.80 which is in the high category. While the results of inferential statistical analysis using the t-test formula, it is known that t count > t table or the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu kuantitatif korelasional, yang diukur dengan menggunakan angket skala likert dengan rentang skor 3-1 (setuju, ragu-ragu, dan tidak setuju). Peneliti mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel sebanyak 56 siswa dari keseluruhan siswa yaitu 56 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas III A dan III B. Jenis hubungan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif interaktif, yaitu hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lain yang saling mempengaruhi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji Pearson(Product Moment) pada tarif signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan kategori positif (+), yang artinya semakin baik faktor kondisi lingkungan maka semakin baik pula tingkat konsentrasi belajar anak. The data were then analyzed using reduction, display and verification techniques, while the degree of validity of the data was obtained by triangulation techniques with methods and sources. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the planning carried out by the principal was well structured in accordance with the existing provisions, as for the academic supervision carried out by the principal, namely: 1) the principal set goals; 2) conduct discussions with teachers and other personnel by deliberation/meeting; and 3) carrying out the academic supervision schedule which will be carried out in one semester there are 2 times, namely at the beginning of the new school year and at the end. In every implementation of a program that has been planned, it must not be separated from the obstacles and difficulties. While the data analysis technique was carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results obtained are: (1) The application of the picture and picture cooperative learning model to the learning outcomes of students at SDN 4 Limboto, Gorontalo Regency is carried out in stages: a) the teacher explains the material as an introduction; b) the teacher divides the students into several groups; c) the teacher shows pictures related to the material; d) the teacher appoints students in turn to sort the pictures into a logical picture; e) the teacher conducts an evaluation. (2) Obstacles in the application of the picture and picture cooperative learning model, namely: it takes a long time, requires a lot of pictures. (2) rancangan metode outdoor learning dalam proses pembelajaran IPA dimulai dari guru menyajikan materi dan memberikan informasi prosedur pelaksanaan praktek diluar kelas, kemudian masing-masing kelompok mempresentasikan hasil pengamatan lapangan, dan (3) penggunaan metode outdoor learning dapat meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPA. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakanmetode penelitian kualitatif yakni melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) penerapan pemberian reward dan punishment diSDN 28 Kota Selatan secara umum telah dilakukan oleh guru. Penerapan metode inidilaksanakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, guru sebelumnya telah memahami prosedurdalam penerapannya yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar yaitu denganmendiskusikan hadiah dan hukuman apa saja yang harus diterapkan sehingga merekamengetahui rambu-rambu yang akan diterapkan; (2) penerapan reward dan punishmentdalam pembelajaran telah mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar di SDN 28 KotaSelatan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari keaktifan peserta didik yang meningkat. Kemudianbentuk reward dan punishment yang biasa diterapkan di sekolah pada umumnya yaitupemberian peringkat dan simbol lain, penghargaan, pemberian kegiatan, dan berupabenda; (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan reward dan punishmentdalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar di SDN 28 Kota Selatan diantaranya adanyadukungan sekolah dan guru untuk memotivasi peserta didik mencapai prestasi lebihberkarakter, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, adanya motivasi dari diri sendiri sertafaktor internal yaitu orang tua.
