Rulevskiy","doi":"10.21293/1818-0442-2021-24-2-77-83","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21293/1818-0442-2021-24-2-77-83","url":null,"abstract":"The paper considers the features of frequency-pulse-width control in a resonant LCL converter with an active rectifier in the mode of parametric stabilization of the output current. The analysis of the properties of the LCL converter during regulation by the rectifier is carried out, the phase frequency characteristic and the coefficient of parametric stabilization are obtained. It is shown that the rectifier introduces a reactive component into the impedance of the resonant circuit. It is illustrated that the introduction of the control angle leads to the loss of roots by the equation on a part of the load range. The position of an aerial system direction finder to the earth topocentric system of coordinates can be changed. The change in the position of the aerial system influences the accuracy of calculating the bearings. The method to reduce the errors of bearing by iteration method is considered. The choice of metallization is due to a number of reasons, which are discussed in the paper. One of the most important ones is the increased thermal stability of contacts, that enables its use in power devices of semiconductor electronics in wide frequency range. The forward and reverse current – voltage (I – V) characteristics of the contacts in the range of diameters from 500 to 5 μm and their following parameters are studied: ideality factor n, measured and effective barrier heights, reverse voltage. It has been shown that the covering of iridium with a thin layer of Pt increases its thermal stability. The peculiarity of the modification is the transformation of informative parameters into a ternary code. This makes it possible to obtain a model for predicting the reliability class of single-type instances in the form of a logical table, as in the case of the basic method of the threshold logic based on converting informative parameters into a binary code.
