The technology consists in introducing new hardware to control the modes based on static devices. Based on the analysis of the existing hardware created to control the modes of distributio networks, the developed circuitry solutions of the power part and the control system of the multifunctional thyristor voltage transformer and hybrid thyristor capacitor are proposed. Their main technical characteristics and ways to reduce voltage asymmetry, limiting short circuit currents and regulating reactive power are det ermined. The known variants of rectangular and hexagonal structures of elements placement in flat antenna arrays are considered. The main calculated ratios of parameters for the radial structure of the pitch are given as well as the linear distances between the emitters in various orthogonal directions, along the radial and angular components. For the proposed structure, using a specific example of an antenna array consisting of nine circles, with a total number of 180 emitters and a uniform amplitude distribution, the radiation patterns in three-dimensional space are calculated, that are represented on the drawing plane by various sections along the angular coordinate φ with a step of 150. The method is based on the experimental determination of the resonant frequencies of a section in which the first strip is current-carrying, is switched on between the input and output, and the second strip connected to the current-carrying strip is under a floating potential. With non-homogeneous dielectric filling, periodically repeated resonances are observed in the section. In parallel with experimental measurements, the frequency characteristics are calculated according to approximately defined primary parameters. At each of the resonant frequencies, the value of the calculated resonant frequency is reduced to the value of an experimentally determined frequency by varying the primary parameters. Then, according to the found primary parameters, the frequency dependences of the phase velocities of in-phase and in-phase waves in a complex form are determined. The system is built on the basis of the target-oriented control and allows to provide the desired dynamic mode without additional parametric synthesis. It eliminates the contradiction between the requirements for the switching frequency or the parameters of the transient process in the system and the requirements for the desired dynamic mode when the system parameters change over a wide range. A control system for nonlinear dynamic processes based on the method of directing to the purpose is proposed, that allows solving the specified problem. When implementing the system under consideration, it is assumed to evaluate the coordinates of fixed points of the desired mode based on measurements on a real control object with subsequent digital processing of the received signals in order to isolate the main harmonics. The simulation of the considered system and the efficiency of the proposed control system for nonlinear dynamic processes are performed. Peregudov graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Radio Engineering in 1953, then done his postgraduate studies at Tomsk State University and worked at Tomsk Polytechnic University: he was one of the organizers and leaders of the first research projects in the field of radiolocation. In 1961 he organized the Tomsk Design Bureau «Project», in 1966 1970 became Director of the Tomsk Radio Engineering Plant, in 1970–1981 took the position of Deputy Director and Director of the Research Institute of Automation and Electromechanics at Tomsk Institute of Automated Control and Radioelectronics (TIASUR), in 1981–1984 took the lead as Rector of TIASUR. In 1984–1985 he continued his career as Deputy Minister of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR), in 1985–1990 was appointed the USSR Minister and Deputy Chairman of the USSR State Committee for Higher Education. F.I. Peregudov applied a systematic approach in all areas of his activity. During the times he headed Tomsk Design Bureau «Project» F.I. Peregudov organized the development of passive radar equipment. Working as director of the Tomsk Radio Engineering Plant, he created one of the country's first automated control systems (ACS) for production. During his work at the Research Institute of AEM, he initiated the creation of one of the first territory automated control systems in the country. In 1973, the Research Institute of Automation and Electromechanics was designated as the head organization for the development of Tomsk region automated control system, and F.I. Peregudov becomes its chief designer. He made an appeal to many leading scientists from Tomsk to create the Tomsk region automated control system, on his initiative, a computing center for collective use of the Tomsk regional statistics department was established as an integral part of the Tomsk region automated control system. During his work in Moscow, Felix Ivanovich maintained constant contact with Tomsk.
