The method is based on a combination of quasi-static analysis of coplanar strip lines (CPS) and an analytical model of an enclosure equivalent circuit. A simulation of a CPS is reduced to solving a simple electrostatic problem and can be performed by any available numerical method. The SE calculation can be performed using any of the existing models of an enclosure equivalent circuit. In the range up to 1 GHz, a validation of the proposed method was carried out using a standardized enclosure 300×120×300 mm3 as an example. To show the capabilities of the method, the paper presents the results of SE for enclosures with a PVC ventilation grill and a glass in the aperture. Using this method in conjunction with a previously published analytical model, the SE calculations for the enclosure with a conducting plate were also performed. The performance of clustering was evaluated by three fitness functions: total variance, Davis–Bouldin index, and Calinski–Harabasz index. Triangular and Gaussian membership functions have been investigated. The efficiency of the generated fuzzy rule bases has been tested on real datasets. This quantitative assessment is used to evaluate the speech quality during speech rehabilitation. An algorithm for quantifying the similarity of two audio signals of different lengths is presented. The algorithm uses a hybrid match measure. The hybrid measure is based on calculation of three metrics (DTWdistance, correlation coefficient and Minkowski metric) and using a fuzzy classifier as a mechanism for combining the calculated values. The average number of coincidences of estimates by the proposed algorithm and estimates by the previously applied method is 83%. A method for quantifying the similarity of speech signals using several reference signals is proposed. The method allows to consider the variability of speech and the individual characteristics of the phoneme’s pronunciation. The method includes a building of a model of a digitizing device in the form of a nonlinear recursive filter of a limited order (second or third). Two or four non-linear functions in such a model are proposed to be considered as characteristics of the non- linearity of the device. The influence of these characteristics on different parts of the transient response of the device is indicated. Tens of thousands of devices can operate simultaneously in one mMTC cell, sending data asynchronously to the data collection point. This is the reason for the occurrence of unavoidable collisions of preamble in the random access procedure. Mathematical models of traffic generation from a large number of devices within a cell are used to reliably estimate the probability of collisions. Most existing models are based on the approach of generating aggregated traffic from all devices and do not allow taking into account the current state of each individual device, which reduces the reliability of model studies. To solve this problem, we propose a mathematical model for generating traffic (preambles) in a random access channel, taking into account the transition state matrix of a discrete Markov chain. This approach allows to describe more reliably the synchronous and asynchronous transmission of preambles within a cell.
