This data processing method dominated by commercial forces uses ecology to challenge the established social order and raise new social problems. On the one hand, the application of big data as a core resource for data companies directly affects the survival and development of the companies involved and creates huge economic value for stakeholders and a whole society. Has the speed of English speaking changed in this era of great development of thoughts and information explosion? Does the standard rate of oral English in EFL need to be adjusted accordingly? This paper analyses 200 speakers’ 79 corpus with a total duration of 77 hours and 58 minutes in four categories of news monologues, interviews, conversations, and academic lectures in the UK from 2020 to February, 2021, and calculates the speech rate of contemporary British English. It is found that the average speaking speed of British English has reached 198 words per minute (17% faster by 28 words) and 265 syllables per minute (10% faster by 25 syllables). The evolution process can be confirmed by the various images of the pigeon-ended sticks unearthed from the tombs. The images of the pigeon-ended sticks unearthed in the Pre-Qin period are diverse and the decorations are complex in China, and all kinds of decorations are mostly related to the primitive worship, which indicate that the pigeon images should be more associated with tribes and primitive religions in the Pre-Qin period. However, during the Han Dynasty, the pigeon-ended sticks unearthed in China are simple in appearance, without too many complex decorations, which shows that the symbolic meaning of the pigeon images tend to be single in the Han Dynasty. The pigeon becomes symbolic of identity of the elderly, and respect for the elderly. However, powered by the development of modern banking business, increasingly statutory exemptions to disclose information about the customers seem to put this duty in an unimportant place. However, in essence, the disclosure does not completely override the duty of confidentiality, instead it further burdens the bank and third parties to reasonably exercise the disclosure. Also, the Tournier case has been reaffirmed in some contemporary legal documents. In particular, the advent of artificial intelligence synthetic anchors has caused a huge impact on the host and announcer industry. Many practitioners are full of doubts about whether they will be replaced by artificial intelligence anchors. AI anchors can not only broadcast news without error, spread information across languages but also work uninterrupted 24 hours a day, 365 days a day, which greatly improves work efficiency. In 2019, foreign media such as The Times, Newsweek, and Los Angeles Times reported that news anchors in China may face some new competition because AI anchors can imitate human facial expressions and behaviors when broadcasting news. This means that from the screen, the simulation level of the artificial intelligence anchor is almost the same as that of a real person. This undoubtedly puts those live-action anchors facing the risk of being eliminated, and it puts forward new requirements for the teaching and training of the art of broadcasting and hosting. Therefore, in the context of AI anchors, it is urgent to explore how to train competitive announcers and hosts. This paper studies the development of the talent training model for broadcasting and hosting under the background of artificial intelligence. This paper proposes the total factor productivity (CLP) of the logistics industry under the constraint of carbon intensity. Based on the construction of the panel data of the logistics industry in 30 provinces and regions in China from 2005 to 2012, the environmental DEA technology and the directional distance function method are applied to conduct an empirical analysis of the growth sources and regional differences of the total factor productivity of China's logistics industry under the constraints of carbon intensity. .
