Numerous proposals have already been implemented in two interesting computational intelligent techniques namely fuzzy logic and neural network. However, findings of optimum values have not been achieved by adopting these two approaches. To solve this issue various optimization techniques have been suggested. For this purpose, physics based, swarm based and human based optimization algorithms have been recommended. Moreover, it has also been noticed that one of the renowned communication schemes like Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) has been enormously used in different field of wireless communication. An exhaustive research has also been executed on this field for further improvement. In this article, modification of a stimulating technique entitled as Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA) has been executed “bubble-net” confronting process. To evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm numerous benchmark functions has been considered. Finally, proposed Improved Whale Optimization Algorithm (IWOA) has been applied on UMTS technique. Emotions are brain states accompanied by corresponding bodily responses. These are the fundamental facts of the emotion. The conscious feeling we become aware of add to the emotional state. Emotions are, first and foremost, internal feelings we experience. and hence emotional expressions important for displaying our internal feelings. Human speech conveys linguistic messages as well as emotional information. Depending on acoustic parameters it is possible to measure multiple emotions. Discrete emotion theory and Dimensional theories have been introduced for emotions like Happy, sad, fear and, positive, negative respectively. In this paper we propose a hybrid model detecting type and class of emotion. SVM classifier approach is proposed for better results. Outcome of the model will compare with both Discrete and Dimensional theory base existing applications. With designing of hybrid model we hope that it will achieve better results. A power beacon is also used to provide power to source and relay. In this paper horizontal dipole array embedded in different dielectric slabs and different slab thickness is considered. Based on which, and radiation patterns are generated. The proposed technique implements the algorithm by considering cluster based sensor setup and realtime transport layer constraints. The antenna contains a parasitic square radiating patch embedded in the wide-slot. The impedance bandwidth ranges from 3.33 GHz to 6.7 GHz. Thus, the proposed antenna covers WiMAX (3.5 GHz/ 5.5 GHz), WLAN (5.2 GHz/ 5.8 GHz). The Antenna is circularly polarized at WiMAX (3.5 GHz) and WLAN (5.2 GHz) having AR bandwidth of 0.25 GHz (3.35 GHz- 3.6 GHz) and 0.63 GHz (4.7 GHz- 5.33 GHz). The impedance bandwidth is 67% in the frequency range. To enhance the power usage of the nodes, clustering is one among the well-known approaches used by the researchers. Clustering is usually done using LEACH protocol, but this selects cluster heads randomly, which causes uneven formation of clusters. This paper proposes modified mid-point algorithm along with k-means approach (EECPK) is used to form balanced clusters. The CHs perform multi-hop communication with BS if distance is greater than threshold value. Also, the concept of threshold energy is used to rotate the CHs and communication range of nodes is also taken in account. The performance has been analyzed based on throughput, packet delivery ratio and energy consumption. The grading system is used to detect the quality of the products. This system have been processed manually where it is not efficient and time consuming. To overcome these problems and to reduce the labour requirements, the machine vision technique is developed for grading system. The hardware and software is needed for the machine vision system. The hardware process like camera and the computer is needed to capture the images of the products. Then the features of the respective images must be collected through computer and analysed each and every features based on the image processing techniques. Therefore the quality of the product can be determined easily and it reduces the time. To get an accurate value of the quality the Artificial Intelligence techniques are developed to improve the grading system. Mostly the industrial products of food industry like agricultural products are well developed by using this Artificial Intelligence techniques of the grading system. Thus the most relevant paper are collected and its drawbacks are listed on the below papers. The future work of the proposed system is the Artificial Intelligent technique are used as a classifier for the grading system to detect the accurate quality of the products. The chances of forgery are reduced substantially through hidden biometrics. We are exploring the capabilities of brain structure to be used as biometric. For this we have estimated uniqueness between the structural features of human brains corresponding to different subjects. So qualifying and quantifying the uniqueness in structure of the brain should lead to subject identification. Subject identification has been done by the brain print extracted from brain structures. The proposed approach is reliable than brain signals based biometric techniques. Our aim is to extract non-linear curves having approximate brain structural information instead of considering brain to be of predefined abstract regular shapes. Few research works exist that have adapted spherical k-means to streaming text data, but recorded performance is not satisfactory for novelty detection imbalanced cluster structure. This paper presents streaming spherical k-means with associated facility location costs.
