It assures health care services for people anywhere and anytime. The main objective of this project is to design and develop health monitoring system that can be observed by the doctor in real time as well as check history of patient's medical data via internet with an indication in case of abnormalities. The whole patient monitoring system is embedded to a chair where we can make the patient to sit down to read vital signs. The smart chair is capable of monitoring many physiological parameters (e.g. heart rate, blood pressure, pulse rate, body weight and body temperature). By using Smart chair, patients can be kept informed of their health condition, while medical staff is in remote area could receive data from those devices by using wifi and Gsm module and give patients suggestions in time. To save the life of person, time-sensitive medical data should be dealt as much as possible in Emergency Situations. Our Experiments will achieve data accuracy and sensitivity using fog. Fog computing is a recently approached technique which extends cloud computing to edge of network. The features in fog computing will be applied for time sensitive healthcare applications, which provide early notification of emergency situations to support smart decision making. During transmission of data to fog and cloud, attackers can steal the privacy of user's information become a major problem. Signcryption provides resource efficiency by performing data signing and encryption in a single step. We can solve this approach by sending encrypted data to cloud and fog with signcryption model. Users can retrieve data by decrypting with unsigncrytion model and getting results to mobile phones. Reconfiguration is carried out through switching on/off the PIN diode switch embedded with the antenna for modifying the current path of the radiator. As the switch is turned on, antenna resonates at 1.59 GHz and when the switch is turned off, antenna offers dual-band resonating at 1.55 GHz and 3.65 GHz. The paper has analyzed the current distribution and the functioning of the antenna at both the frequency. Using CPW feeding technique, by adjusting the gap between radiator and ground we have varied the impedance and got excellent matching. In this paper, SVD (Singular Value Decomposition) technique followed by LBP (Local Binary Pattern) algorithm has been applied to the images in RGB color space. Feature vectors are obtained for individual component of RGB and then merged to get the final feature vector. Thus we review some of the available dialogue intent identification methods, train the classification models on a common dataset and then evaluate on the basis of various performance metrics. By properly placing the counters in queue far from the staff-patient communication cabin the privacy of individual health information can be protected from getting disclosed to other patients. The number of counters required in software defined radio to collect global information is very high. The implementation of many counters using ASIC is a challenging task in terms of accuracy, control flexibility and memory consumption. In this paper, we have designed 16 bit counter using cadence tool in 180nm technology. Floor planning for the counter is done and simulated by number of iterations to decrease the glitch violations to zero. In this paper design methodology of Electrical motors, analysis and control techniques, PI Controllers are discussed and a new simplified methodology has been designed. The proposed antenna consist of circular patch having the defected ground that gives the UWB band and used as a sensing antenna. Further C-slot is created at the circular patch and attaching a rectangular patch having a shape like L to the ciracular patch. Two parasitic rectangular surface is inserted at the ground plane. In between the two parasitic ground a SW is inserted to reconfigure the different bands. The length, width and thickness of antenna is 30mm, 30mm and 1.6mm respectively. The designed antenna provides a tuning range in 2.8-3.4GHz and S.36-S.94GHz. Simulated result provides the different reconfigurable bands used for WiMax and WLAN application. This system is done using arduino mega interfaced with IR sensors & timing at the junction changes automatically.
