The results are as follows; the amount of cross-border RMB settlement is positively correlated with China's GDP, bilateral trade volume between China and border trading countries, and whether there is a positive correlation between China and its trade cooperation countries. Besides, cross-border RMBB settlement is negatively correlated with exchange rate fluctuation and geographical distance. Taking account of empirical results, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions. However, most smart learning strategies pay extreme attentions to smart devices and ignore the in-classroom feedback of students. As a result, college students sometimes regard smart leaning as in-classroom tasks and fail to obtain effective interactions with teachers. To overcome the weakness of the current smart learning strategies, this study focuses on the strategy that makes college students fully participate in the process of the smart classroom. An improved smart classroom paradigm is proposed to offer college students a better environment with abundant communications to both smart devices and college teachers in the classroom. In this improved strategy, college teachers become the handler of smart devices and lead students to participate in relevant tasks. On the other hand, college students will follow the instructions from teachers and study under an improved smart learning environment with direct course guidance. To prove the effectiveness of the proposed framework, a preliminary practice has been experimented on a college course named “Sensor and Detection Technology”. The article uses field trips and data collection methods to investigate the travel characteristics and willingness of students of Beijing Jiaotong University when they are free to travel. The results we obtained demonstrate that college students rely more on the Internet for information search during the free travel process; most of the college students' travel time is mainly concentrated in winter vacations and statutory holidays, and the acceptance of “friends” is not high, and they are more willing to travel with family and friends; College students have a low level of travel and diversified reasons for travel. They mainly include sightseeing, leisure and family visits. Due to economic constraints, college students’ spending power is not high. The six aspects of living, eating, swimming, shopping and entertainment are decreasing in turn, and girls are willing to spend more money on diet and shopping.
