The basic design rules are briefly presented which include high reliability, high efficiency and low power consumption, thermal design, easy maintainability etc. Function tests and performance tests are described with test platforms and results presented. The operation status of all the 2225 actuators are shown spatially to identify the overall status. For this purpose, a Raspberry Pi is used as a gateway between a Siemens S7-400 PLC and the Amazon Web Services. The gateway has two main roles: OPC UA client and MQTT publisher. The PLC sends data to the gateway via OPC UA and the gateway transfers it to the cloud via MQTT publish-subscribe application protocol. The data is stored in the cloud-based database DynamoDB. As a result, with this rapid prototype, it is possible to gather and save data from the field that can be used for diagnosis, analysis, and predictive maintenance purposes. In a product conceptual design, to create structural shape and layout as solution principle from functional requirement is greatly dependent on the accumulated engineering knowledge, experience and know-how. These engineering senses are called as the Mechanical Kansei. If the Kansei cannot be well used to design product structural shape and layout which satisfied various functional requirements, its design process has a difficulty to draw creative structural shape and layout. In this study, we propose the new methodology of the interaction of a functional design and a structural design in a product conceptual design process for decision making of product design concept based on the Human Computing Interaction. This proposed system creates shape and layout imagery to interact between the Mechanical Kansei and topology optimization method based on the Fully Stressed Design. The response of the Mechanical Kansei is obtained by using Brain Machine Interface (BMI) from the Frontal Cortex handles a positive expectation and the Supplementary Motor Area is assigned to the physics simulation within a brain. The shape and layout imagery creation system is discussed via the verification result and the creation results. The need to sustain such leaps has required the examination of solutions for the design space exploration of memory. From design space exploration and its relevance to the fundamental makeup of cache memory, there are some possible solutions to the problem of needing more and faster memory sooner than later. Design Space Exploration techniques Simulation, Analytical, Configurable and Evolutionary all provide different advantages and definitely enhance the cache memory design. However, each has its drawbacks that should be considered depending on the intent of its application. This paper presents an overview of the different techniques and evaluates their effectiveness with regard to their advantages and disadvantages. However, these classifiers do not achieve good performance on class imbalance problems. Thus, this paper introduces a new contrast pattern-based classifier for class imbalance problems. The proposed method selects the appropriate contrast patterns by quality measures. Then we combine the quality measure of the pattern and class confidence proportion with the class imbalance level at the classification stage of the model. In the case of the Pohang Earthquake, the ground is losing its resistance and the ground liquefaction phenomenon that is behaving like a liquid is officially reported. In Korea, the importance of liquefaction evaluation is increasing due to lack of damage prediction system by liquefaction and ground amplification when an earthquake occurs. In this study, drilling information was extracted from the 5-1 region of Sejong City, a smart city demonstration area, and ground resistance was calculated to construct a ground resistance model for liquefaction risk assessment. And three - dimensional ground resistance modeling was made by applying GIS analysis technique. Based on this, a digital twin model replicating the same real world environment was constructed to simulate soil resistance. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that the ground resistance result calculated from simulation test was similar to the actual resistance result. This study proposed a model named LSTM for aircraft hard landing prediction, which provides advanced warning to take proper measures. The unique structure of LSTM model makes it have the superior capability to capture the long temporal dependency of time series QAR data for hard landing forecasting. Experiments were conducted using the A320 QAR dataset consisting of 853 hard landing flights and 1082 normal landing flights.
