The aim of the marketing management of education services is to facilitate the institution in marketing its educational services to the community. The purpose of this study is to be able to find out how the implementation of the mix strategy in the marketing management of education services in the Darul Fallah Integrated Aliyah Madrasah (MAT) Bogor. This scientific research uses qualitative methods by collecting data from field observation activities, interviews with relevant sources, and taking documentation from the research site. The marketing mix of education services in MAT Darul Fallah Bogor includes: (1) Product strategy; (2) Price Strategy; (3) Place Strategy (location); (4) Promotion Strategy; (5) People Strategy; (6) Physical Evendece Strategy; and (7) Process Strategy. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang nantinya akan menghasilkan data deskriptif yang bisa berbentuk lisan maupun tulisan dari informan dan narasumber. Sedangkan langkah-langkah penelitian diantaranya melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi’. Kegiatan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dimulai dari perekrutan atau pengadaan, penempatan dan penugasan, pemeliharaan, pembinaan dan pengembangan. Pada intinya, manajemen SDM merupakan suatu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengkoordinasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan terhadap pengadaan, pengembangan, pemberian balas jasa, pengintegrasian, pemeliharaan, dan pemisahan tenaga kerja dalam rangka mencapai tujuan organisasi. Manajemen SDM dapat didefinisikan pula sebagai suatu pengelolaan dan pendayagunaan sumber daya pada individu (pegawai). Pengelolaan dan pendayagunaan tersebut dikembangkan secara maksimal di dalam dunia kerja untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi dan pengembangan individu pegawai. Fokus penelitian ini mengkaji gambaran umum pengelolaan SDM pendidikan di SMP Hasmi Islamic Boarding School Tamansari Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Perpustakaan sekolah yang diselenggarakan di tingkat sekolah berfungsi untuk mendukung tercapainya tujuan dari proses pembelajaran dan menumbuhkan minat baca peserta didik sehingga tumbuh kesadaran untuk dapat belajar mandiri. Kurikulum 2013 merupakan kurikulum operasional yang disusun dan dilaksanakan oleh masing-masing satuan pendidikan. Implementasi dan pengembangan Kurtilas sangat membutuhkan sumber-sumber informasi penting dalam proses pembelajaran bagi peserta didik terutama perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan, bahwa pengelolaan perpustakaan di SMK Wiradikarya Ciseeng Bogor cukup mendukung dalam merealisasikan Kurikulum 2013 (Kurtilas) terutama dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran di sekolah, namun pengelolaan sarana perpustakaan saat ini lebih diprioritaskan pada penyediaan koleksi bahan pustaka, penyediaan dan penataan ruang baca pengunjung dan adanya penataan koleksi buku dengan baik serta adanya tenaga pustakawan yang ahli dalam bidangnya. With the formulation of the first problem: How is the Implementation of Management of Educators in MI Az-Zahir Palembang? Second: What are the factors that support and hinder the Implementation of Management of Educators in MI Az-Zahir Palembang? The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of management of teaching staff at MI Az-Zahir Palembang, to find out what factors support and hinder the implementation of Management of Educators in MI Az-Zahir Palembang. In the study the authors used qualitative research. The informants in this study were the principal of MI Az-Zahir Palembang as the key informant and head of the TU as well as educators as supporting informants. Sources of data in this study are primary data sources in the form of data obtained from the MI Az-Zahir Palembang principal and secondary data obtained from the literature relating to this study including the teaching staff documents. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, were shown to the MI Az-Zahir Palembang head of the TU head and educators and documentation were used to collect data on the state of the educator's environment etc. Data analysis techniques are done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or data verification. The results showed that the implementation of teaching staff at MI Az-Zahir Palembang from the process of planning, recruitment, selection, orientation, placement and evaluation of teaching staff was quite good. Because the school has carried out the planning process of the teaching staff until the evaluation of the teaching staff, the lack of supervision by the principal is still found by teaching staff not in science and there are still teachers who are only high school graduates, so the process of teaching educators is maximal. The factors that influence the implementation of educators are supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors are the ability of a good headmaster, the competence of teaching staff in accordance with their scientific fields, complete facilities and infrastructure, adequate funding, and school committees that play an active role. Whereas the inhibiting factors for the implementation of teaching staff are the inability of principals to manage educators, the competence of educators who are not in accordance with their knowledge and school needs, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, lack of community participation in the management of educators, and financial financing management. not maximal. Kepala sekolah merupakan elemen terpenting dalam keberhasilan pendidikan, karena kepala sekolah mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam keberhasilan pendidikan, kepala sekolah sebagai manajer memiliki wewenang dalam melaksanakan kegiatan supervisi terhadap kinerja guru sebagai pelaksana kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Kegiatan supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) Kota Bogor adalah dengan melakukan perencanaan, dengan menyusun program-program supervisi selama satu semester. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi supervisi yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah MIN Kota Bogor, antara lain: memberikan motivasi kepada para guru sebagai ujung tombak keberhasilan dalam mendidik murid, melakukan kegiatan kunjungan ke kelas, berupa kegiatan observasi yang sesekali dilakukan. Program selanjutnya dalam kegiatan supervisi kepala sekolah adalah setelah melakukan supervisi di kelas, dan didapati berberapa permasalahan yang perlu disampaikan, maka setelah itu ditindaklanjuti dengan pembicaraan individual antara kepala sekolah dan guru. Kompetensi pedagogik adalah salah satu dari empat kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh guru untuk dapat memahami indikator-indikator dalam mengukur keberhasilan melaksanakan tugasnya secara pedagogik yang mencakup pemahaman landasan kependidikan, pemahaman terhadap peserta didik, pengembangan kurikulum, rancangan pembelajaran, pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran, evaluasi hasil belajar, dan pemahaman terhadap pengembangan peserta didik untuk mengaktualisasikan berbagai potensi yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 3 Kabupaten Karawang Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey teknik korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian menggunakan statistik model analisis jalur (path analysis). Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran PAI. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh r hitung sebesar 0,183 dalam indeks korelasi r product moment berkisar antara 0,00 - 0,20, artinya terdapat pengaruh antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI. Hasil perhitungan dan analisis tersebut menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru mata pelajaran PAI untuk mewujudkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Salah satu lembaga pendidikan keagamaan yang berkembang pesat di Indonesia adalah majelis ta’lim. Segmen masyarakat yang cocok dalam pendidikan keagamaan ‘majelis ta’lim’ ini adalah bapak-bapak dan ibu-ibu yang ingin mendapatkan pengetahuan agama (rohani), tanpa menafikan sebagian anak-anak muda. Hanya saja lembaga majelis ta’lim ini akan berkembang dengan baik dan pesat jika ditata kelola baik dengan manajemen pendidikan. Walaupun dengan manajemen yang sederhana, lembaga/majelis ta’lim akan memberikan pengaruh yang besar pula dalam proses pendidikan skala nasional. Seperti majelis ta’lim ‘Az-Zikra’.
