This research was conducted using quantitative data, while the data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The sampling technique used in this study was sampling with a saturated sampling method where the researcher used all members of the population totaling 70 business actors. Data testing is done by using validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial motivation had a positive and significant effect on innovative products. Entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial motivation, and innovation products had a positive and significant effect on the performance of packaged food MSME. The organization and employees are one unit that has a relationship and must be balanced. To be able to support the achievement of organizational goals requires effort and hard work of all aspects of organizational resources to achieve organizational goals and objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational development and career paths on organizational commitment and employee performance, organizational development, and career paths have an effect on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample used is civil servants (PNS), data collection techniques through questionnaires, while the techniques used are path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that the organization and career path had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. Habbe","doi":"10.26487/hjbs.v2i2.337","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26487/hjbs.v2i2.337","url":null,"abstract":"This study applied an event study approach  (event study).  The event tested the announcement of Sukuk emissions and market reactions as indicated by the existence of a significant Abnormal Return on the date of Sukuk emissions and it changed within the activity of Stock Trader of the Corporation Sukuk Issuer. Observation period between 2009-2018, there was 129 Sukuk emissions in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples taken was 26 emissions of Sukuk which make emissions from 12 issuers that met the set criteria. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, independent t-test, t-paired test, and regression analysis.  Furthermore, the data were processed using IBM SPSS for Windows Software. The results showed that there was a difference in Average Abnormal Return (AAR) before and after the announcement of Sukuk emissions. However, the average value of the difference was not statistically significant. There was a positive market reaction on Average Abnormal Return (AAR) before the announcement of Sukuk emissions. There was a positive market reaction on Average Abnormal Return (AAR) after the announcement of Sukuk emissions. There were differences in the Average Trading Volume Activity (ATVA) before and after the announcement of Sukuk emissions. However, the average value of the difference was not statistically significant. There was a significant market reaction on Average Trading Volume Activity (ATVA) before the announcement of Sukuk emissions. There was a significant market reaction of Average Trading Volume Activity (ATVA) after the announcement of Sukuk emissions. Furthermore, this study also found that Sukuk to Equity Ratio (SER) had a positive effect, but not significantly on the level of  Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earning per Share (EPS), but it was not significant. Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk. The data source used in this study is the primary data source, obtained directly from the company. The analytical method used for testing the management and control system of receivables on the effectiveness of cash flow is the analysis of financial ratios. In this study, the data used for analysis are qualitative data analysis and financial ratio analysis, namely the activity ratio (RTO, ACP, Arrears Ratio, and Billing Ratio). The results showed that (1) RTO of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, the highest rate in 2017 was 189 times, while the lowest RTO was in 2015 which was 115 times. This shows the normal level of turnover. The faster the payment terms, the better for the company, because the faster the working capital embedded in receivables returns to capital or cash, which means the higher the receivables turnover. (2) ACP or the average age of collection of receivables applied by companies, especially the value in 2017 is 2 days. This means that the company has been effective in managing its accounts receivable because the standard for collecting receivables set by the company is the repayment limit or due date no later than 7 (seven) to 90 (Ninety) calendar days from the billing statement received by the service user. (3) The Arrears Ratio, namely from 2014-2018, the largest was only 1.11%. This shows that the lower the arrears ratio, the better for the company, which means the company is able to handle its receivables properly. (4) Billing Ratio shows that from 2014-2018 the lowest that is 98.88% shows the greater the value of collectible receivables means the greater the percentage value of the collection ratio so that the better for the company because of the greater return on corporate capital. Then it can be concluded that the Billing Ratio of PT. Data from permanent employees of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) were determined based on proportional sampling. A total of 250 respondents were drawn from 5 branch offices in Indonesia. Data collection uses questionnaires as the main instrument, interviews, and observations. The population of the study is based on managerial & staff job positions consisting of 62 respondences from 161 full-time employees of Indonesia state-owned telecommunication company, Telkom Indonesia Regional VII Division. This research used quantitive methods. The primary data were collected by the questionnaire as the instrument to prove the results of the study. By using Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS), the analysis of collected data revealed and to test the hypotheses. According to the findings of this research supported the positive effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction through employee performances. For this reason, the goal of the research is to find out how transformational leadership and high-performance work systems are used in the company's day-to-day operations to achieve the company's performance results. This study was conducted in a group of family business companies in South Sulawesi. The company group has an agenda to deliver the best corporate values, including leadership practices and high-performance work systems. With the help of the questionnaires distributed in the company environment, 3000 responses were received and treated with content analysis. The encoding processes in the text analysis revealed that the company has implemented transformation management with the highest level of visibility, strategy, and performance. This type of research is qualitative research. In this study, primary data sources came from observations and informants related to PT. Parlevliet Paraba Seafood (stakeholders). Secondary data obtained from various literature and related research results. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview, documentation and triangulation. The results of the study show that the business of creating, capturing, and sending values ​​to the three layers of sustainable concepts is the Economic Layer: (1) Partner, the company does not have a cooperative relationship with suppliers. (2) Activities, key activities are on purchases. (3) Resources, key resources are in raw materials. Environment Layer: (1) Supplies and Out-Sourcing, namely water, ice, electricity and soap. (2) Production, there are no production activities that affect the environment. (3) Materials, there are no raw materials that affect the environment. Layer Society; (1) Local communities, which carry out the development of fishermen. (2) Governance, which is a centralized decision and lacks transparency in decision making. (3) Employees, which are positive workplaces. Classical assumption evaluations are conducted comprising of normality, linearity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. The sample is 33 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from period 2013 – 2017. The samples taken are 30 from five different companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the annual report from 2012 - 2017. Data is then analyzed using path analysis method with the assistant of SPSS software. Sobel test and classical assumption test were evaluated beforehand. The results of the study found that liquidity had a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROA), while total assets and DER had a positive and significant effect on profitability. Liquidity and total assets have a positive and significant influence on firm value, while DER has a negative effect on firm value. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. The mediation test results show that liquidity has a direct and indirect effect on firm value mediated by profitability. Total assets have a direct effect on increasing company value, but interestingly total assets through profitability show insignificant score to impact firm value.
