However, most of the previous studies have focused on the evaluation and risk factors of pre-service quality. Thus, this study is contrary to the numerous previous studies and focus on the effectiveness of mobile application advertisement users` perceived perception on service recovery after service fails. A research model presented in this study is based on the Equity Theory and deeply evaluated the effectiveness of Distributive Justice, Interactional Justice, and Authenticity Relevance on Service Recovery. The survey of this study was conducted among 286 users who have experienced a services recovery of mobile application advertising. As a result, among all the factors of users of mobile application advertising, Distributive Justice, Interactive Justice, and Relevance have a positive impact to Satisfaction. In addition, Distributive Justice, Authenticity and Satisfaction also have a positive impact to Trust. Ultimately, Satisfaction and Trust have a positive impact to Service Recovery. The results of this study are expected as a reference for presenting a new business model for mobile application advertising industry, reducing business risk and enriching the related researches.","PeriodicalId":272384,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea society of IT services","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130180226","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the result of the research, it is noticed that promotion focus brings broader variation of information use behavior, and utilitarian value has a beneficial impact on the online exploratory information search. In addition, it is revealed that the more exploratory the information search is, the wider the range of online shopping information search is. Finally, people who have utilitarian shopping value showed more exploratory behavior in online search, especially for the search of informational products, than those who have hedonic shopping value. In other words, making relevant use of VOC data potentially improves the customer responsiveness and satisfaction, each of which eventually improves business performance. However, unstructured data set such as customers’ complaints in VOC data have seldom used in marketing practices such as predicting service time as an index of service quality. Because the VOC data which contains unstructured data is too complicated form. Also that needs convert unstructured data from structure data which difficult process. Hence, this study aims to propose a prediction model to improve the estimation accuracy of the level of customer satisfaction by combining unstructured from textmining with structured data features in VOC. On the basis of the concepts of business ecosystem, we present a framework for distinguishing types of the platform service business models. Two key characteristics of business ecosystems ecosystem configuration and value production process are employed as fundamental dimensions for constructing typology. In particular, we also present the notion of value ecosystem, where not a single platform provider but a federation of platforms constitutes a virtual platform and completes a service system. The value ecosystem represents two distinct types of platform service business models : meta-platform ecosystem and platform coalition ecosystem. They show different governance structure in the platform federation and service flows across the ecosystem. We present detailed analyses of these two value ecosystems focusing on relevant cases of e-payment FinTech : Apple Pay as an example of meta-platform and Kakao Pay for platform coalition. Our conceptual typology contributes to platforms’ proper strategy formulation and presents policy implications to, for example, platform neutrality. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors of change of business model and business strategy of ICT ventures and SMEs with the evolution of the digital ecosystem, and to drive the factors to be competitive on the global value chain. The researcher selected an entreprenuership, market-innovation orientation, technology-innovation orientation, and Administration-innovation orientation as internal factors influencing the global competence and healthiness of the ecosystem as external factors. The researcher applied samples of 94 ICT Venture and SMEs to a research model, and adopted 5 hypotheses. The researcher believes that only a few hypotheses were adopted because it takes time for overall innovation orientation of ICT Venture and SMEs to result in the real global competence as the their innovation orientation is still on the level of domestic market. And the researcher also thinks that only healthiness of the ecosystem affected management performances because the companies’ performances of the last 3 years were so weak that the correlation between innovation orientation of each company and the performances were not big enough.","PeriodicalId":272384,"journal":{"name":"Journal of the Korea society of IT services","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-03-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124135716","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the same context, the need for the resident IS Audit also increases, which is supposed to deal with the possible risks and urgent issues by providing the appropriate support and timely coordination during IS project. Basically, for the effective IS Audit, the IS audit team members should be able to understand such a business context as work characteristics, business knowledge, goals, and culture of the organization. The audit team members should also be able to share the various knowledge of Information Technology and audit procedure with the owner of the project. Especially, for the resident audit, it is more important to fill the gaps in expertise between project owner and audit team. However, any studies on the need of common knowledge base (knowledge complementarities) in the IS audit have not been done so far. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the knowledge complementarity based on inter-organizational communication between the project owner and audit team members makes an effect on the fidelity and performance of IS audit. In order to do this, the relationship among inter-organizational communication and knowledge complementarity, the fidelity of IS audit service, and performance of IS audit has been analyzed, using Structural Equation Model. The result shows that all the relationship is significant, which means that knowledge complementarity between the two different interest groups should be an effective factor on the fidelity and performance of IS audit. This result implies that, for better quality of IS Audit service, how to acquire the knowledge complementarity between the project owner and Audit team should be considered seriously as well as systematically in the process of IS Audit.
