Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-to-family conflict terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dengan mempertimbangkan work-to-family conflict di dalam perusahaan. Teori yang digunakan adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkaitan dengan work-to-family conflict dan kepuasan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian ini adalah ekplanatory research (penjelasan). Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 72 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan software SPSS. The population of this research is high school students in SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. The research sample amounted to 238 students. The sampling method is a cluster sampling, which is the selection of samples selected by group. The measuring instrument in this study uses the consumptive behavior scale and the Qana'ah trait scale. Data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant influence between qana'ah trait on consumptive behavior with the value (R Square) 0.218 and sig 0.000 value, meaning that the trait of qana'ah influences on consumptive behavior by 21.8%. The higher the qana'ah nature, the lower the consumptive behavior. The weaknesses in this study include, first, the item number of the both of scale are too much so that there are some subjects complaining of experiencing saturation in filling out the questionnaire. The hypothesis test uses double linear regression analysis on trust level 95% (α = 0,05). The statistics center noted that there were 144,291 tons of rubber production in Aceh Province but its productivity was only 0.61 percent. The planned productivity of rubber plant production is caused by production factors that have not been maximized. This research is a primary research, which is the population and sample in this study are all rubber farmers and entrepreneurs in Samatiga District, West Aceh. Data analysis uses a method of analyzing descriptions about the development of production and using multiple linear regression methods for influence analysis. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen fakultas pertanian universitas syiah kuala yang berjumlah 61 responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Tehnik sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Teknik pengambilan jumlah sampel populasinya menggunakan prosedur acak berstrata. Metode analisis Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel-variabel yang terlibat. This research used primary data obtained from direct interview. Responden were interviewed are entrepreneurs household fish processing industry in the District of South Kuala Bubon with a sample of 30 respondents amounted to the designated purpose. Data analysis techhniques used are qualitative descriptive. Research  findings  indicate  operated processing   home   industry   become   fish   anchovies every month issued a cover fee of Rp.2.617.202 while home industry acceptance emounted Rp.3.953.333. Menurut Lu (2011: 8), \"rantai pasokan pada dasarnya adalah sekelompok organisasi independen yang terhubung bersama melalui produk dan layanan yang mereka berikan secara terpisah dan / atau bersama-sama untuk memberikan nilai pada konsumen akhir\". Di Industri perikanan  air  tawar,  manajemen  rantai  pasok  diperlukan  untuk  memastikan proses produksi  berjalan  lancar  dan  bisa  memasok barang  sesuai  kebutuhan pasar. Namun seringkali perusahaan yang bergerak di industri perikanan tidak dapat memasok barang sesuai dengan permintaan yang ada, salah satu faktor penghambatnya adalah karena minimnya kapasitas produksi yang menghambat pertumbuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan berdasarkan metode kualitatif dalam pengumpulan dan abstrak data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar petani memiliki masalah yang sama yaitu mereka memiliki kekurangan kapasitas produksi sehingga tidak dapat memasok barang sesuai dengan permintaan yang ada.
