Indomarco Prismatama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinani, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kontrak PT Indomarco Prismatama Cabang Bekasi. Dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh, sebanyak 70 karyawan yang bekerja diambil sebagai sampel. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linier berganda. The method used as a discussion uses a graphic style of writing. Analysts collect necessary data from additional sources before the data can be properly analyzed and finalized. Information for the study will be collected using incremental data collection methods. Additional details are gleaned from books, articles, research papers, lecture notes, and the Internet. As part of the literature review, relevant scientific papers were selected, researched, and revised. The variables described in the Results and Discussion provide answers that are consistent with the purpose of this dissertation, which is an explanation by providing perspective, and then other variables that can be used as features, research subjects, and research outcome models. This study was to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and work environment on job satisfaction at SMK Permata Bunda. The object of this research is all employees who work at SMK Permata Bunda. This research was conducted on 42 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. Indikator Strategi yaitu Tujuan,Program dan Kebijakan. Tipe penelitian dalam meningkatkan kesempatan kerja penyandang disabilitas yaitu Deskriptif yaitu memprioritaskan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif Analisa yang merupakan pemaparan serta menjelaskan secara rinci bagaiamana strategi dalam meningkatkan kesempatan kerja khususnya penyandang disabilitas. Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru merupakan Informan yang terdapat dalam penelitian dan Penyandang Disabilitas yang terdapat dalam penelitian  yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru Dalam Meningkatkan Kesempatan Kerja Penyandang Disabilitas membangun Unit Layanan Disabilitas (ULD) namun belum terealisasi dan juga memberikan program untuk memberikan keterampilan kepada penyandang disabilitas. Namun, dengan banyaknya ketidakpastian dimasa yang akan datang, seorang investor hendaknya mencari informasi terkait faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham sebelum melakukan investasi dipasar modal untuk  meminimalisir terjadinya kerugian yang akan dihadapi dalam berinvestasi. Tinggi rendahanya harga saham dapat dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, yaitu faktor mikro ekonomi dan faktor makro ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mengenai inflasi, suku bunga, profitabiltas dan likuiditas terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengolah data panel pada aplikasi eviews 10. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah sebanyak 15 perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII pada periode 2015 sampai dengan 2019. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang sudah terpublikasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dimana pengambilan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Pasca pandemi pariwisata mulai dibuka kembali, salah satunya Jonggol Garden yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi ekowisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi dan hambatan Jonggol Garden setelah pandemi.  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan purposive dan insidental sampling melalui pemberian kuesioner, wawancara dan data sekunder dari bahan literatur. Analisis data dengan SWOT dan Univariat  dan bivariate untuk tiap-tiap variabel yang diamati. Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Jonggol Garden cukup mempunyai potensi  dan peluang sebagai destinasi ekowisata yang dekat kota walau pengunjung menurun.  Keberadaannya mampu menyokong ekonomi masyarakat sekitar walau belum menyeluruh.  Kelemahan Jonggol Garden adalah kekurangan modal untuk biaya perbaikan sarana dan prasarana. Disamping itu Jonggol Garden mempunyai ancaman dari wisata lain yang mulai bermunculan di sekitarnya. Sedang hasil analisis bivariate variabel Sarana dan Prasana, Kepuasan Pengunjung hasilnya tidak signifikan.  Akses jalan menuju tempat wisata berhubungan dengan Kepuasan Wisata sangat signifikan. Jumlah sampel penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 85 pengguna Apple iPhone menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square versi 3.0. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel brand awareness berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, brand trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap repurchase intention dan brand loyalty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peran brand awareness, brand trust dan brand loyalty berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel repurchase intention.
