Often considered an add-on to legacy access control systems, most of the existing delegation schemes are extension of the widely used role-based access control mechanism. However, when it comes to handling patient data in healthcare applications, a growing body of international technical standards, and national and regional healthcare regulations have been suggesting use of individual discretion as the basis, or at least a critical component, of access control. Along this line of access-control strategy, we are of the view that delegation is intrinsically discretionary, and it should be implemented in a way that directly translates user discretion as much as possible. In this paper, we propose a distributed system for delegation management that enables a patient to securely delegate access rights to her health records to someone she trusts. We implemented this discretionary approach using our eTRON enterprise security architecture, cryptographically assuring the authorization of any delegation.","PeriodicalId":271345,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electronics, Information, and Communication (ICEIC)","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114100252","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Donations are one of the many ways to improve social inequality. Donation is largely divided into sponsorship by individuals such as corporations and public administration. In the individual sponsorship, it is common to donate to a donation organization and to support the aid recipients by donation organization. Many people are reluctant to support to this donation because of the lack of transparency. In addition, many donation organizations lack transparent and formal administration due to lack of working capital. Therefore, this paper proposes a method to enhance personal transparency by enhancing the transparency of donation organizations and protecting the privacy of sponsors using blockchain that is a Hyperledger fabric. And We implement a blockchain network for the proposed system.","PeriodicalId":271345,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electronics, Information, and Communication (ICEIC)","volume":"9 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125464656","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Conventional visible light communication has a problem that the communication is disconnected when visible light does not reach directly or when a shadow region occurs due to an obstacle. In addition, visible light communication provides illumination together. The disadvantage is that the communication can no longer be provided when the lighting needs to be turned off. In order to solve this problem, we overcome the limitations of visible light communication by dual transmission using IR. Actively switches LEDs and IRs in an environment that considers the reception power attenuation and shadowing according to the reception distance. In addition, the low speed communication function can be provided through IR transmission mode when the lighting needs to be turned off. In a typical LOS transmission environment, we analyze the received power of an RGB channel that depends on the RGB mixing ratio of the LED. Since the performance of the RGB channel depends on the light emission color of the LEDs, the worst channel is compensated by dual transmission with IR mode. We propose a technique to improve the performance of the entire system by diversity scheme through dual transmission.","PeriodicalId":271345,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electronics, Information, and Communication (ICEIC)","volume":"94 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126223361","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An ISIM simulator from Xilinx is used to verify the simulation, and the reference clock and system clock required to generate the PWM waveforms are based on a rotary encoder signal and an oscillator on Spartan-6E FPGA Starter Kit. A starter kit is used to implement the logic proposed in this paper. The logic configuration is designed so that the duty cycle of the PWM waveform can be changed from 0% to 100% and there are no problems in PWM waveform generation even if the rotary encoder pulse period is changed. The FPGA used to construct the application logic provides a reconfigurable architecture and is economically useful, while also providing the best flexibility to replace a microcontroller.","PeriodicalId":271345,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electronics, Information, and Communication (ICEIC)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123759156","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Silk is the thinnest and toughest fiber that can be obtained from nature. Based on these noble properties, its applications for health-care, human-machine interface, and humanoid robotics are highly desired. The synthesized film with silk and poly (vinylidene fluoride-co-trifluoro ethylene) shows piezoelectric coefficient of 6.24pm/V with transmittance up to 88% within visible light range(400~700nm). The obtained sensor shows remarkable linearity with sensitivity of 70Pa−1 in wide range (~500kPa) and high durability over 10,000 times repeated loading/unloading cycles.","PeriodicalId":271345,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electronics, Information, and Communication (ICEIC)","volume":"103 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124788044","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result, the interference canceling repeater suddenly receives a high-power narrow-band signal continuously in a no user signal state, so that the interference cancellation algorithm may malfunction and the system is likely to cause oscillation. In this paper, we propose an adaptive algorithm that can maintain the interference cancellation function without oscillation even for narrow band input with an abrupt change of the spectrum and power.","PeriodicalId":271345,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Electronics, Information, and Communication (ICEIC)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123342843","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
