New changes and supplements are required. Therefore, this study intends to present a diagnosis and analysis of the current status of domestic and foreign start-up education and improvement plans based on policy efforts and performance analysis such as the five-year plan for university start-up education and the start-up-friendly academic system. Through this, from a mid- to long-term perspective, we intend to suggest a foundation for upgrading in qualitative areas such as the contents and methods of domestic university start-up education, and operation plans. In particular, this study intends to suggest the necessity of establishing an online startup education platform that can be easily accessed and utilized by professors, faculty, and students in the university, its composition system and main functions, and its application and expected effects. \u0000Through this, it is intended to help to resolve the discrepancy in entrepreneurship education that is occurring between entrepreneurship education professors and students, the metropolitan area and local universities, and to provide high-quality start-up education operation and content support.

To this end, the relationship between individual characteristics and entrepreneurship on the entrepreneurial intention was empirically analyzed, focusing on the moderating effect of the start-up club activity variable. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that individual characteristics (need for achievement, self-efficacy, and motivation) had a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention. \u0000Second, innovativeness and risk-taking had a statistically significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention, but proactiveness did not have a significant effect. \u0000Third, it was confirmed that need for achievement, a sub-variable of individual characteristics, had a statistically significant positive effect as the activities of the military start-up club activities as a moderating variable in the relationship with the entrepreneurial intention. The implications and limitations of this study are as follows. \u0000First, this study is expected to be the basis for follow-up studies related to military start-up clubs in that it is an exploratory study attempted in a situation where domestic studies on variables related to start-up club activities for military soldiers are insufficient. Second, it was found that young people's entrepreneurship affects their entrepreneurial intention through military start-up club activities, and the government needs to further expand the military start-up club in order to revitalize youth start-ups. \u0000The limitation of this study was that the survey subjects were limited to Army soldiers working in Gangwon and Gyeonggi areas, which is difficult to generalize the research results. In the follow-up study, more meaningful results can be derived if the investigation is carried out by expanding the number of soldiers belonging to the Navy and Air Force and other local areas including Gangwon and Gyeonggi areas.

In particular, based on the case of young start-up Alt-A, we analyze how the ERIS components interact with each other, such as entrepreneur, organizational resources, industry, and strategy, at the startup growth stages. According to the results of this study, in the start-up stage, various competitions were used by utilizing the strengths of student startups, and a team that could create synergy was formed to produce a prototype. By maximizing the limited network, experience was accumulated through execution rather than planning. After reaching the initial growth stage, the team was able to immerse themselves in the organization through an sharing vision, motivation and an horizontal corporate culture. The results of this study are intended to suggest implications for environmental factors and entrepreneurial competences for technology-based youth entrepreneurs.

This empirical analysis was conducted by the online survey targeting 295 young people living in the metropolitan area. \u0000The results of this study are as follows. First, the career resilience of the youth was found to have a positive effect on career decision self-efficacy and active job search behavior. Second, the career decision self-efficacy of the youth had a significant effect on active job search behavior with job search attitude as a parameter. Third, the job search attitudes of the unemployed youth had a significant effect on active job search behavior. But, it was not confirmed the relationship between the effect of career resilience on job search attitudes and the self-efficacy of career decision on active job search behavior. \u0000Through this study, it was confirmed that career resilience is a key item necessary for career and job preparation in response to unexpected internal and external environmental changes in the labor market such as COVID-19. \u0000Therefore, it is necessary to actively seek ways to improve job search attitudes and promote active job search behaviors through development and support of programs that can enhance career decision self-efficacy based on career resilience.

Accordingly, the importance of public participation using cooperative governance and collective intelligence is increasing. The government has made public participation a key value of "government innovation" by announcing the "comprehensive government innovation promotion plan," and is expanding public participation opportunities by running programs to support public creative activities so that public ideas can be commercialized and policy freely. \u0000This study analyzed the participants' perception of importance and current satisfaction of the contest to identify the problems of the public participation idea contest process and to find ways to improve the process by prioritizing the needs, and to this end, we conducted a response sample t-test, Borich demand, and The Focus for Focus model. \u0000The findings are as follows. Among the step-by-step processes, the importance was significantly higher than that of satisfaction in all areas except for the promotion cooperation of ministries, similarity of ideas, and association with tasks.
