In order to save time, reduce transportation costs in the process of logistics and distribution, and improve the utilization of resources, it is necessary to optimize the path of unmanned express vehicles to achieve the shortest logistics path in multiple destinations. Using the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm based on particle swarm optimization and genetic algorithm to optimize the path and overcome the long iteration of genetic algorithm could obtain a better optimal solution with fewer iterations, and the optimal solution is more stable. This paper considers the nodes of the network have the feature of forming a community. A community-based malware immunization strategy is proposed according to the characteristics that information spread quickly within the community and spread slowly between communities. A concrete community detection method is proposed based on the K-shell and the label propagation algorithm, as well as key node selection algorithm is proposed in order to control the outbreak of malicious code with the fastest speed and at the lowest cost. Although the P3P has been studied for many years and achieved great success, it still faces the following three limitations at least: (1) The instability of solutions caused by different ordering of vertices, (2) geometric degradation in the singular case, (3) depending on the specific equation solver. The main method of the proposed solver is to use two auxiliary variables to simplify the calculation process. Additionally, the depth of the three-dimension control points is normalized to simplify the process of derivation, and then the depth of three-dimension control points can be obtained in a simple fashion. RP3P does not depend on particular equation solver and has high stability in image noise. There are many approaches based on GAN, including Conditional Generative Adversarial Networks (CGAN), Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Networks (DCGAN) and Cycle-Consistent Generative Adversarial Networks (CycleGAN) and so on. Photos can be transformed into western oil painting styles using unpaired data based on CycleGAN. But so far, no research has been found using it to generate images with Chinese Classical Landscape Paintings' style. This paper examines the effects of different generator models and loss functions on training time and results under this framework. In order to save the training time, the Unet generator is used in CycleGAN. To get a better quality, L2 Loss is chosen. Experiments are conducted on the PyTorch platform using Python programming language. In an STSPD image, vertical stripes are created for a target sound arriving from the perpendicular direction to the array; therefore, its spectral components are concentrated on the spatial direct current (DC) components in the 2D amplitude spectrum. In that study, we estimated the noise DC amplitudes using a deep neural network (DNN), then subtracted them from the observed spectrum to suppress the noise. However, the performance of noise suppression can be improved further. In this study, we estimate the noise DC components theoretically instead of empirically using a DNN. But there are some fragmented knowledges, like product data, project documentation and multimedia materials, that need to be collected and organized. For instance, Industrial Massage System (IMS) is a platform for operating field professionals to exchange and share their experiences and knowledge containing significant potential value. In order to effectively utilize the fragmented information, a semi-supervised knowledge assessment paradigm is proposed for this system using Tri-training method based on Convolutional Neural Network (T-CNN). The method initially trains three CNN classifiers employing a small number of labeled examples, and a large pool of unlabeled examples are then assigned pseudo-labels under certain conditions. In further training, these classifiers are fine-tuned through original labeled examples and pseudo-examples. Specifically, in the iteration of the tri-training, a pseudo-example for a classifier is obtained from the reliable hypothesis if the other two classifiers have the same predictions on the labeling. Compared to previous training method, it does not require enormous original labeled data to initialize the model, nor does it need to depend immoderately on expert's domain to label examples. And there are also no demands of the instance space to be described with sufficient and redundant views, like previous co-training style algorithms. Volumetric use case supports 3 degree of freedom immersive experience with additional limited translational movement. The proposed adaptive streaming platform is built on advanced view synthesis technologies and DASH-based adaptive streaming to enhance the immersive experience while reducing the overall transmission bandwidth. The GPU acceleration further enables real-time view synthesis, HEVC decoding and view rendering. The simulation results verify that the proposed adaptive solution can utilize the bandwidth more efficiently. As a result, a more consistent viewing experience with high quality volumetric video content and low interactive latency can be delivered to the user.
