Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui pengamatan, wawancara, kajian pustaka dan dokumentasi. Kajian ini mengkaji upaya yang telah dilakukan guru pendidikan Pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam membentuk karakter generasi muda yang pintar, peran dan kendala positifnya. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa generasi penerus mampu menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan menunjukkan perilaku karakter dalam lingkungan. Kata Kunci: Membangun Karakter, Generasi Pintar ABSTRACT This research was conducted to form the character of the intelligent generation through learning Pancasila and citizenship education. This study uses a descriptive method approach. Data obtained through observation, interviews, literature review and documentation. This study examines the efforts that have been made by Pancasila and citizenship education teachers in shaping the character of the smart young generation, their roles and positive constraints. From this research, it was found that future generations were able to show critical thinking skills and show character behavior in the environment. Authentic problem-based learning is a learning model that is expected to foster students' creativity in education. This study aimed to examine expert and practitioner validation on authentic problem-based learning tasks prototype in promoting student creativity. The prototype product was displayed and simulated in virtual zoom and validated by 14 learning experts and 18 practitioners/teachers. The initial data were collected through self-evaluation using a questionnaire. Pasca berakhirnya pemerintahan Soeharto muncul suatu perubahan Amandemen UUD 1945 bahwa, konstitusi mengatur secara menyeluruh suatu hak asasi manusia itu dilindungi bahkan juga merupakan satu elemen yang harus terdapat juga dalam lingkup hukum, beserta kebebasan yangmendasar bagi seluruhwarga negara yang lengkap.Terdapat perlindungan HAM yang ada suatu laporan bagi negara anggota perserikatan bangsa-bangsa yang dilakukan setiap empat tahun sekali ke Dewan HAM PBB tepatnya yang berkantor pusat di Jenewa, Swiss.Hak dan Kewajiban dalam bernegarapun sudah tercatat dan harus dipatuhi disuatu negara.Di Indonesia sudah tercatat dalam Undang – Undang Nomor 12 bertentangan dengan RI.Bahwa UU tersebut adalah pengganti UU Nomor 62 Tahun 1958 yang membahas bahwa ketidaksuaian dengan perkembangan warga negara dan ketatanegaraa Republik Indonesia.Dalam suatu hukum positif itu terdapat hukum yang diberlakukan oleh negara kepada warga negaranya supaya kehidupan bermasyarakat dapat diatur sedemikian rupa. Bukan hanya itu COVID-19 juga sudah menjadi status darurat international.COVID-19 juga sudah ditetapkan oleh WHO. Nicholas Becquelin menyatakan wabah virus berpotensi mempengaruhi HAM di dunia terpenting dalam kesehatan. Di suatu negara harus ada fasilitas untuk layanan kesehatan. Bahkan tidak hanya mengancam kesehatan tetapi juga mengancam perekonomian, pendidikan, sosial dan lainnya. Hal itu membutuhkan gotong royong masyarakat untuk melawannya agar tercapai tujuan kehidupan yakni aman dan sejahtera. Ancaman wabah COVID-19 ini juga dapat membuat semua warga negara di dunia ini tidak mendapat kebebasan. Selain dalam segi kebebasan juga dalam segi mendapat informasi. Dalam pandemi ini sangat susah mengakses informasi karena dijaga sangat ketat privasi informasi tersebut. Hak asasi manusia semuanya sudah dijamin bukan hanya di Indonesia saja tetapi seluruh dunia sangat berpengaruh dalam Hak Asasi Manusia. Disaat seperti ini maka kita sebagai warga negara harus memiliki solidaritas yang tinggi untuk membantu pemerintah dalam usahanya untuk memusnahkan virus seperti mematuhi peraturan yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah. Tidak hanya warga masyarakat namun juga berbagai perusahaan ataupun lembaga yang juga harus ikut melakukan langkah-langkah memusnahkan COVID seperti halnya 3M bahkan harus menghentikan kegiatannya. Setelah seluruh masyarakat di dunia mematuhi peraturannya pemerintah dan berusaha membiasakannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari buktinya terdapat penurunan pasien yang terinfeksi virus. Bahkan sudah tidak banyak lagi kekerasan yang terjadi di masyarakat dan di lingkungan keluarga. Pembangunan kesejahteraan diperlukan sebagai bagian dari pembangunan nasional. Karena, pembangunan kesejahteraan sangat memberikan peran untuk pencapaian pembangunan nasional, yaitu pertumbuhan ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan pendekatan kesejahteraan dalam ketahanan nasional dibidang ekonomi. Untuk melakukan penelitian, digunakan metode kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Terkait dengan penelitian ini, objek analisisnya adalah indikator metode kesejahteraan dan klasifikasi tertentu terhadap elastisitas nasional dalam sektor ekonomi sebagai geostrategi Indonesia. Hasil kajian ini menunjukan beberapa indikator penting terhadap ketahanan nasional melalui pendekatan kesejahteraan di bidang ekonomi ialah : (1) Indikator Pendapatan; (2) Indikator Pendidikan; (3) Indikator Kesehatan. Cara pandang kesehatan ekonomi rakyat sangat diperlukan demi peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi tersebut yang selama ini dianggap dapat memenuhi program penanggulangan kemiskinan yang hasilnya sampai sejauh ini masih kurang menyenangkan.
