The emergence of many people in the city of Bengkulu who work as batik craftsmen in order to improve their welfare and fulfill their daily living needs. The aim of this research is to describe the development of besurek batik craftsmen in Bengkulu City and the influence of the emergence of besurek batik crafts on the socio-economic life of craftsmen in Bengkulu City. The method applied in this research is the historical method which consists of four stages, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The first stage is heuristic which is the stage of collecting data. The author collects data related to research that adopts two types of sources, namely primary sources and secondary sources. Primary sources were obtained from the interview answer from besurek batik craftsmen, Bengkulu government employees and traditional leaders in Bengkulu City. Before the interview was conducted, the author had prepared an interview guide, namely main questions based on the problem. Meanwhile, secondary sources are obtained from books and articles related to the research problem. Second, source criticism of the data that has been obtained by re-testing the data obtained to verify the truth. Third, data interpretation. Fourth, historiography, namely the author rewrites the research results. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the Besurek batik craft business in Bengkulu City began to experience development in 1992 since the inauguration of the level I government regulation for the Bengkulu region to use Besurek Batik for students and civil servants. Besurek batik was originally introduced by Mrs. Aisiyah. The besurek batik craft industry business is a business that has been carried out for generations through non-official educational channels. The besurek batik craft business can be used as the main job for craftsmen in order to fulfill their living needs. The besurek batik craft industry business has a big influence on the socio-economic life of besurek batik craftsmen in Bengkulu City. This study aims to measure how much relationship there is from industrial work practices with student work readiness. The research used is quantitative research which is correlational in nature where the sampling uses cluster random sampling technique with a total sample of 52 students consisting of 3 departments, namely Machining Engineering (TP), Welding Engineering (TLAS), Industrial Mechanical Engineering (TMI). The method used is associative quantitative research where data collection uses questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between the value of industrial work practice (PRAKERIN) and student work readiness, which is 4.66% and the remaining 95.34% is related to other factors not examined. Thus this study shows that industrial work practices have an influence on students' work readiness to enter the industrial world. The problem formulation in this research is what values reflect the characteristics of a leader. household in Islam contained in surah At-Tahrim verse 6 from the perspective of Al-Qurthubi's interpretation. Meanwhile, the aim of this research is to find out the values of household leaders contained in surah At-Tahrim verse 6 and to explain the interpretation of surah At-Tahrim verse 6 in the Al-Qurthubi commentary. This research is in the nature of library research, namely a review of several literature or scientific works related to the problem being discussed. This research is an exegetical research, namely an example, variety, reference, or type of careful investigation of the interpretation of the Qur'an that was carried out by previous generations to find out for certain about various matters related to it. Thus the method used in this research is the tahlily method. From the discussion carried out in this research, it can be concluded that the interpretation of surah At-Tahrim verse 6 is included in the verse of the Qur'an which discusses the obligation of a household leader to educate, teach and protect himself and his family to avoid the fire of hell. . With the Mini Book, it can make it easier for teachers to deliver material. The advantages of this Mini Book can help students to think chronologically in historical material, this teaching material media can help students in sorting time and knowing historical events according to facts. In the purpose of this research process is to find out the needs analysis of Mini Book development as a support for historical learning media in high school, which is in accordance with the independent curriculum. In conducting the research process, is very necassary to know what methods to use. One of them uses tallyhe research and development method or what cam be called (R&D) which uses the ADDIE model. However, in this research stage, it is only carried out limited to the needs analysis stage, which at this stage of the process the researcher uses data collection techniques in the form of observation and questionnaire filling. Therefore, the results of this stage can be seen in three ways, namely: (1) Describing the needs of students, which requires innovative media that can make it easier for students to understand the material. (2) Analyzing what is needed by the teacher, one of which is that the teacher needs supporting media that can facilitate the delivery of material practically. Gaharu is a type of biodiversity that has the potential to be used in traditional medicine. Aquilaria agaloccha Rox, a member of the Thymeliaceae family, is the source of gaharu, however it can also be found in plants from the Leguminoceae and Euphorbiaceae families. The general populace believes that gaharu leaves can decrease blood pressure and act as an antioxidant. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) technique is the research methodology utilized in literature review articles. Publish or Perish, (2010-2023), is the text that was utilized. This study aims to provide empirical evidence between the relationship between subjective well-being and problematic internet use in college students. This study is a correlational study of 272 students in West Sumatra. Data were collected using Diener's subjective well-being measurement tool and Caplan's generalized problematic internet use-2 (GPIUS2) which has been adapted into Indonesian. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing using Spearman correlation showed a positive and significant relationship between subjective well-being and problematic internet use in students with r=0, 218 and a significant level of p=0.000 (p<0.05). The direction of the positive relationship means that the higher the subjective well-being, the higher the problematic internet use in students, on the other hand, the lower the subjective well-being, the lower the problematic internet use in students. This study aims to test the impact of perspective taking training on improved prosocial behavior in GenRe Teens. The research uses experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design technique. The subjects of the study were 30 youths of GenRe Kota Padang who were divided into experimental and control groups. The instruments used were prosocial behavior scales. The experimental groups were treated as perspective taking training with role play methods, while the control groups were not treated. The results of the study showed significant differences in prosocial behavior scores between the experimental group and the control group at posttest, where the prosotional scores of experimental groups were higher. It indicates that the training perspective taking effectively improves the prosocial behavior of teenagers GenRe City Padang. However, it can also be noted that employee skills and expertise are still inadequate, therefore explaining how important it is to provide training for State Civil Apparatus for agencies that need it. The Padang City Youth and Sports Service has carried out bureaucratic reform in the aspect of human resource reform. Human resource development through (1) employee recruitment such as employee recruitment (2) competency-based employee development such as job descriptions for structural and non-structural employees, employee job grading, employee position competency document standards, employee position competency profile maps and training (3) assessment of individual employee performance through employee work targets (SKP) (4) development of a personnel information system through an employee data base. A visit to Tandes Village to provide support to MSMEs wascarried out on December 13, 2023. We all went there to handover the logo and packaging design. We also help promote theirproducts through our social media.
