The designed system includes: an asymmetric half-bridge power convertor, a 12/8 three-phase SRG and control circuits which is dominated by digital controller dsPIC30F6010A. With optimized control parameters, the system achieve good dynamic and static performance with power feedback control. Then, the behavior of wind turbine is studied. For further adoption on wind power generation, a novel maximum power point tracking (MPPT) method basing on the wind turbine output behavior curve is proposed. In the proposed MPPT strategy, the outer loop controls rotor speed, while inner loop adopts PI controller for power feedback control. In this context, a study and design to implementation of a biped robot that is focused in a mathematical modeling and analysis of direct and kinematic, using matrix techniques proposed by Denavit and Hartenberg (DH). In the first part only legs are implemented using digital servos motors without feedback signals. Is necessary to use a high performance driver to control of biped robot, in this case an Arduino DUE are used for this propose. It was found that structures with step-graded metamorphic buffer have better quality. Also it was shown that mismatched superlattices in metamorphic buffer can influence on the half-width of photoluminescence spectra. The possible attribution of photoluminescence spectral lines and their thermal behaviour are critically discussed. We proposed an approach providing an optimal location of FACTS devices so as to reduce power and energy losses in EPS. This approach is based on EPS clustering upon FACTS influence zones. Special algorithms have been developed to define FACTS zones of influence. Algorithms use fractional-polynomial relationships between power losses and FACTS parameters. The solution of the problem pertaining to the minimization of power losses in electric power system of Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region is shown. The decision is based on the method of sample signals. The structure of the measuring channel of temperature with the four-wire communication line and possibility of switching of model resistance is used. The study was focused on the developing methods and software module to determine the synchronous behavior epochs of the pulse intervals and systolic blood pressure during their simultaneous registration. Algorithm for evaluating epochs of synchronization based on a comparison of the two phases of data sequences defined by the Hilbert transform. The phase difference is analyzed in the gliding window. Neighboring phase points are considered to belong to the interval of synchronous behavior, if within the specified time interval standard deviation of the difference in the phase is less than the certain threshold. As a quantitative characteristic of the synchronization level we consider the fraction of the synchronous behavior epochs in relation to the total duration of the analyzed data series. It was statistically shown (p <; 0.05) that the coefficient of synchronization might be used as a prognostic marker of the different groups of subjects.
